Brown with creamy lasting tan head. Great carmel nose, which isn’t exactly the way a stout should smell....Carmel flavor with a light roastiness, and way too thin...the wheat was full bodied compared to this

(Draught) Deep brown with a beige creamy head. Nose of roasted malt. Thin and watery and plain. Lactic and horrible. Definitely a poor example.

Dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma was coffee and a little nut. Flavour was some cocoa and coffe but Twiggy thin.

Fairly thin, transparent, dark brown, yellow tinted beer. Thin coffee/cola aroma with an even thinner hint of chocolate. Flavour shows a bit more chocolate than the aroma would suggest as well as coffee and some acidity. Way too thin-bodied for a stout. The sad part is it’s one of their better brews.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2005 Very dark chestnut brown with toasted tan head. Light coffee aroma with vague nuttiness - a cup of gas station coffee. Very thin body, which only makes the ghetto coffee theme stronger. Weak. Lousy - and it’s been this way for a couple of years now.
