COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This cider is semi-dry and wonderfully effervescent with a remarkably fresh apple nose. Its crisp, fruit forward taste and a clean, refreshing finish, have won our cider countless awards and praise.

Bu à la pression. Demi-sec, arômes de pomme bien présent au nez et en bouche. Peu de sucre. Good one !

Liquide jaune pétillant. Un nez de jus de pommes classique. Floral et acidulé. En bouche l’effervescence, l’acidité, les pommes mûres et une touche poivrée forment un goût appréciable. Correct. (1019-220214)

Sample at Fette Sau. Clear pale golden color with a thin fizzy white head that burns away steadily to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Apples and spices in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of mildly tart apples, spice and malt. The finish is dry with an apple aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

2oz sample at International Great Beer Expo (Meadowlands). Pours a clear golden color with a small fizzy head. Aroma of sweet baked apple pie. Taste of sweet sugar coated apple slices, and a slight hint of yeast.

Bottle. Clear light golden pour with a white head that disappeared quickly. Apple, grape, floral, perfume. Good carbonation. Medium to light body with some sweetness. Good sparkling wine substitute. Much enjoyable than some sparkling wine

Simple and good. The fruit taste hits you and there are no secondary flavors. Very carbonated but not too much. Finishes clean. Very refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

It was ok. A bit bitter on the first taste. Ok if there is nothing else, but probably not go out of my way for it.

Noticeably "green olivey" which I love in a cider. Beautiful color and pour. Made me very excited to fine the hopped dry cider.

this cider is a tasty treat! not as sweet as some of the popular ones, not dry either, a bit light on the sweet side i’d say.
