COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This cider is semi-dry and wonderfully effervescent with a remarkably fresh apple nose. Its crisp, fruit forward taste and a clean, refreshing finish, have won our cider countless awards and praise.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow color with very little head on it. Nose is light and slightly sweet with a lot of apple coming through. Taste is a little dry up front, but slightly sweet afterwards. Bubbly and easy. Decent cider.

Draft. Clear very pale yellow color, few bubbles. Aroma pf fresh raw apples. Taste is sweet apples, dry finish. Not bad.

Sampled at the 2013 Chicago Cider Summit. Pours a clear pale gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma is pretty mild with a bit of sweet apple and a hint of tartness. Flavor is sweet with rich apple and good amount of must, not to complex.

raught at the Gingerman NYC sept 2012. Pale golden/copper clear cider with no head. Apples, sourish aroma. Sweet apple flavour. Nice sweet cider.

Had in bottle at Warwick Valley Winery. Lovely carbonation, almost champange-like. Fairly dry cider with a crisp apple taste. Really like this one.

Sampled at the Artisans Craft Beer Festival 2012. It poured a clear golden color with a white head. The aroma was of Granny Smith apples. The taste was of apples with a light dry finish. Not bad.
