COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This cider is semi-dry and wonderfully effervescent with a remarkably fresh apple nose. Its crisp, fruit forward taste and a clean, refreshing finish, have won our cider countless awards and praise.

Bottle… Clear yellow cider with a small, fizzy, fleeting, white head. Loads of fresh pressed apple in the aroma – hints of winter spiciness as well. Medium-bodied with a slick mouthfeel and lively carbonation. The flavor is all about tart apple fun with a whisper of winter spiciness. Finishes crisp, tart, semi-sweet, and then dry.

Apple aroma that is a bit tart. Nicely balanced sweet and sour apple flavors with a good, crisp finish.

12-oz bottle from the Vintner. Pours pale gold with absolutely no head or lacing. Medium carbonation for a cider. Palate is muted apple sauce and palate is sugary apple. Not as rich in the apple flavor as I’d like - Samuel Smith’s is an example of what I’m talking about. This one is just kind of sweet in general with not a lot of definition.

Pale yellow with small white head and bubbles. Aroma quietly apple-like. Crisp and moderately carbonated. Off-dry apples, overall it is enjoyable

Very crisp sour and fruity aroma. As for appearance it looks kinda looks like a Coors Light. This is very refreshing and thirst quenching. Point off only because its not really a beer.

(22oz bomber thanks to bu11zeye) Almost clear, green and blueish tints. Smells musky, lemon, green pear. Tastes lighter than the aroma- Chardonnay, huskiness, lemon-lime, green apple. Mouthfeel is sweet-sour balanced, good carbonation level.

Bottle. Pours a light tan brown color with no head. Looks and smells like apple juice. Taste is sweet but not overly sugary. Better then a lot of the mass produced ciders out there.
