Pale golden, tiny white head. Aroma of pears. Medium light body with some carbonation. Mildly sweet pear and apple flavors. Crisp finish. Enjoyable.

Had this in bottle at Warwick Valley Winery. Blend of apple and pear, very crisp and dry. Champange-like carbonation. Probably prefer the the apple version slightly better.

Sweet with some baby powder perfume. Flavor is sweet pear and a little yeast with a mostly dry finish.

I’m a big fan of these traditional style ciders... crisp, effervescent, pear perfume simply reminds me of a lush sparkling wine. Beautiful stuff.

MicroGrog (240) - Slurping on Euro lager in Queens, New York, USA - OCT 29, 2012

Plastic cup @ New Amsterdam Market.
Faint, pale gold color. Slight haze. Slight fizzle.
Smell is water-logged pear perfume & yeast.
Taste is Bartlett pear juice, apple tartness, some simple syrup, & yeast. A bit empty. Haven’t had one of these in a few years. Definitely no where as sweet or full as I remember it being.
Thin. Noticeable sulfites. Carbonation could of been stronger. Alcohol was a little upfront.
Their pear brandy still drinks pretty well though.

Not as good as the Fox Barrel that I had a few minutes prior. Sweet pear and sugar flavor with just a little yeast. On the dry side for a perry, but still a sweet beverage.

Pale yellow, white head. Aroma of pears and apples and some artificial fruitiness. Flavor is sweet, prickly from the carbonation, yeasty, apples, pears, and artificial flavors again. Ok, I guess.

Tallahassee, Fl - Fermentation Market - 22 oz bomber. Pours a Chablis-like sparkling very, very light golden. Aroma of faint pears, hint of sour apples. Flavor is sweet and dry, some pear notes, a hint of granny smith apples. Just slightly artificial abut not to the point of candy-like. Crisp mouthfeel.

Poured clear kind of like white grape with bubbles fizzing. Aroma and taste were pear, apple and sugar. It’s sweet at first but seemed to flatten out after the initial taste.

Tap @ The Pony Bar, NYC. No head. Color is close to water. Aroma and taste are sweet pears, citrus and notes of alcohol. Sweet finish and a liitle sour.
