[1875-20081205] Cask. Sweet pear juice aroma. Hazy, light yellow white body with no head. Sweet pear juice flavour is particularly juicy. Medium body. Nice and refreshing.

[Draft @ EB+B] Poured still, a nearly clear color with a greenish / yellow hint to it. Aroma of brett, vanilla, pear, and citrus. Taste of pear, some sweeter vanilla, and tart apple. Pretty crisp.

Pours very pale gold, like Budweiser mixed 50/50 with water. No head. Nose is pear, mild apple, citrus. Crisp, light, effervescent palate with tart pear and apple flavor. Stays tart, and stays fruity and rather refreshing. Not a style I’d pay a lot for in the future, but a solid style for what it is trying to be. Not bad.

On cask at Mr. Goodbar during Buffalo cask festival: Dirty yellow, still body. Aroma: Pears, cinnamon, mulled wine spices. Flavour: Refreshing, pear, mangos, juicy, sweet, very very easy to drink. I had many many pints of this and would drink it again.

Cask at ’Coles & Mr. Goodbar Cask Event’, Buffalo, NY. Pours a cloudy pale yellow-green with no head. Mild aroma of apples and pears. Decent flavour, again apples and pears -- quite refreshing after several pints of beer. Very drinkable, like a refreshing glass of juice.

2008-12-05. Hazy pear yellow, headless. Sweet fruity pear aroma, lightly funky note, alcoholic fruit is about half fresh pears, and about half canned pears in nature. Flavour is sweet and has a lot of pear flavour, very little alcohol presence, it is very drinkable. Smooth palate is surprisingly decent for a cask perry! Quaffable. Don’t expect this will fare well in the overall ratings but it was a nice change of pace on the day, and I enjoyed it much more than expected. Cask at Goodbar, Buffalo

Bottle. Pours light sparkling yellow. Tart apple aroma with pears. The flavor has a nice balance of sweetness and tartness, with both pairs and apples. Not bad.
