Our newest Cider. A blend of fermented Apples and Pears gives this hand crafted cider a wonderfully light and dry pear finish.

really a decent sparkling wine with some pear flavor and a skunkish taste for balance. a bit dry and with some sweetness accompanying the genuine fruit flavor. Better than i thought it would be.

On tap. Pours with a clear, pale hue with no head. Aromas are of sulfur, sugar, pear, sweet candy, mild earthy notes. Flavors are cloyingly sweet, sticky pear, mild acidity, esters, and a slight earthy phenol. Sweetened and bland. Lively bubbles, a bit sticky, mildly cloying. A touch of funky earth. Bad.

Beautiful in the glass. Clear and pale with nice effervescence. Aroma and taste both with a stale, musky flavor that was in my experience both unique and bizarre. I couldn’t finish the glass. Surprising as the all apple counterpart is very pleasant. Won’t be purchasing this again.

(22oz bomber thanks to bu11zeye) Out of the bottle a very light yellow with green tints. Smells musky, apple juice, dry. Taste is sweeter- more lemon, sweet apple, dried pear. Very sweet, but good.

From tap at Jose Pistolas. Pours pale with a slight greenish hue. Aroma is slight brett and perry fruity. Sweet perry, citrusy and dry brett like. Sweet and lingering perry fruity finish.

Has a slight hint of pear on the nose. Pours golden clear with no head. Taste is faintly of pears but is crisp and finishes clean. The alcohol in this stuff sneaks up on you. Proceed with caution.

Boliv (1045) - New York, USA - APR 23, 2011
On tap at the Albany Pump Station. Pours clear and pale with only the slightest hint of color and little carbonation, so that it could easily be mistaken for a glass of Chardonnay or even water. Aromas of apple, apple skin, and some funky, nearly barnyard notes. The flavor is sweet, with apple and mild barnyard again. Sweet and dry, although less sweet than other ciders I’ve had. [679]

looked like sprite on the poor. Scent was straight pear. Very sugary which was expected. It was less acidic then most of the ciders I’ve had. The best overall Pear cider I’ve had.
