UPDATED: DEC 9, 2011 On tap at GABS St Kilda and also at Biero. Very nice beer. Aromas of vanilla, dairy, and citrus. Taste is sweet, with only a hint of sourness, and light bitterness. Palate is creamy, and medium bodied. Pale yellow, cloudy, with a frothy head.

Even looks refreshing. Hazy light yellow with a nice head. Great on the palate and a spicy lemon aroma.

On tap at GABS, the Local Taphouse in Sydney. Pours a cloudy yellow, with a small white head. Aromas of wheat, lemon and coriander. Flavours that stood out were wheat, banana, coriander and a very late arriving tart lemon. Nice thick mouthfeel. Not my favourite style but still tasted good.

Bottle thanks to daveA330. Pours with a hazy white-yellow hued body with a white head that slowly fades. Aromas of lemongrass, pepper, pine, windex, tropical fruit, perfume, florals, esters and orange blossom. Flavors of vanilla, a bready malt profile, floral, rose water, orange. Very flowery. Medium bubbles, somewhat creamy mouthfeel, finishes decently dry. A tasty and somewhat different wit.

Pours hazy gold with a large head. Nose shows heavy coriander and a fair bit of citrus peel too. Underneath is doughy wheat. Almost floral. Very similar flavours, more of the same except with a bit of booze and an assertive bitterness. Too much carbonation, but that’s a small fault.

Had on tap at Murrays Bar in Manly. A good version of a White Ale. A well made beer.

Growler, this year’s version is 7.5%ABV. Cloudy orange with a white head. Aroma of banana, vanilla, coriander, lemony herbs (presumably lemon myrtle). Taste is quite sweet with _lots_ of coriander and a lemon myrtle pepperiness in a drying finish. Creamy mouthfeel. Spices linger for ages. A little lemony sourness would have made it even better. Very dangerous beer on a warm evening.

On guest tap at The Local Taphouse, Melbourne. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is wheat, yeast, fruity zest, coriander and spices. Taste is light to medium sweet leading to a dry yeasty and fruity finish. Not bad.

Sweet malt hop aroma. Murky yellow colour great head and lacing. Sweet refreashing fruit flavour. Fizzy palate.

Bottle at the beermentv Hair of the Dog Breakfast at Beer DeLuxe. A little sweet for my liking, though I am very picky when it comes to Witbiers. Not a beer to be drunk with others I think.
