In honor of our resident geese, this pale ale is light and crispy, just right for the summer!

(draught) clear pale golden with no bubbles. Nose of candied orange, yeasty unleavened bread, and some lemon. Taste of bread dough, yeast, old raw grain mash and wheat. Very very bready finish, thin body and well carbonated.

The beer pours a clear orange-gold color with a white head. The aroma is some grassy hops and not much else. As much as I hate to say it, this drink has that generic beer smell that macro lagers have. The flavor is grass, grain and some metal notes. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Hmm. Apples, mashed potatoes, and does a really weird thing to my nose. Like it’s on fire. No dice.
