reminded me a bit of eczematic's homebrew pils. plenty of saaz and whte grapes in the aroma. was served flat and at cellar temperature which is more the czech style. quite pale and soft. not very bitter but some fruitiness - mango peach and dare i say chinese gooseberry. not particularly bitter but a pleasant late tang. good stuff

served from a slightly dodgy keg which resulted in an english style flat pilsener with not much head - but i forgive em as it was our fault for marching in and demanding beer at 10am. this was really pale. heaps of sweet, floral tettnang in the aroma, creamy pils maltiness with a bit of bread, and a lemony, 30IBU sort of bitterness. like bitburger or something, nice.
