COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A lager with a hard bite shouldn’t be hard to drink. That’s why Dog Bite is brewed with select hops and malted barley for a well-balanced, mellow taste that’ll have high-gravity drinkers coming back again and again.

...tastes horrible, almost undrinkable when warm, but when very cold, not so bad. The alcohol is strong, and comes quickly, but at the price of a headache later. I guess it’s good for a buzz, but...

Smells pretty much like a malt liquor but not too terrible. First sip is pretty plain pale laer, than the alcohol starts to kick in and this gets strongly aggressive quick. However, I’ve had worse beers, but I could see how this could produce a headache as well.

Pour from an orange 24 oz can with featuring what appears to be a caricature of Cerberus, the three head hound of hell. Distinctly urine yellow in color with white head. Neutral aroma of corn and a little tutty fruity bubble gum flavor. Taste is neutral to bad - sweet corn, bubble gum, cotton candy, ethanol. Something about this triggers the gag reflex...

Had a can of this one last night. Served straight from the can. Huge alcohol and cotton candy in the nose. Flavor was grassy malt, a little bit of earth and alcohol. Finished a bit thin for the style.

Did not pour into glass seeing as the can was a more than adequate for serving.

My experience with malt liquors is very limited... But I’m amazed that it is possible to get a 10% brew for just $1.20. Nice, foamy white head. Totally clear yellow color. Good lace. Crisp carbonation. More dry texture. Skunky metallic taste. Less alcohol taste then you’d expect from a 10% brew. There’s no burn or bite, but definitely some warmth. Overall, if you want the alcohol equivalent of 4 budweisers in one convenient can for just over a buck.... And don’t mind the unappealing taste... Then I’d say this is a decent choice. I tried to share it with friends, but no one really wanted any. Half of it ended up going down the drain.

710ml can. Big bright orange can with a mean looking dog on it. Big can, big alcohol content but low on flavour, aroma an everything else. Why do americans insist on brewing high alcohol low taste beers and practically giving them away.

Pour it down the drain... THis was in the "craft beer section" I don’t know why. Arome.. .none... taste sugar water. ONly drink if desperate or wanting to get drunk.

Pounder; straw gold with creamy white head; looks like a malt liquor, smells like a malt liquor and drinks like a malt liquor; yummy creamed corn, stale lemons, phenolic sugars and booze; a little harsh at first bt as the booze sinks into the blood stream, this one starts to taste pretty good; a few bonus points for graphics too

Pours a clear light golden color with a thin head that actually sticks around for more than a minute. Aromas of apple, corn and a little straw. The taste is... Well the alcohol is noticeably there. It is a little sweet, a little spicy with a ton of alcohol. This is not horrific, but it is not a great beer either. It is decent for a HG malt liquor.
