Commercial Description:
Too extreme to be called beer? Brewed to a colossal 45°P, boiled for a full 2 hours while being continually hopped with high alpha American hops, dry-hopped every day in the fermenter for a month, and aged for a month on whole leaf hops, 120 Minute IPA is by far the strongest IPA ever brewed. And at 21% ABV and 120 IBU’s, you can see why we are calling this the Holy Grail for Hopheads.

Bottle-Pours a amberish-orange color with a nice creamy head.sweet malt and hop dominate the aroma.Wow,great evenly balanced malty hop syrup like sweetness to it. This baby also hides the 21% alcohol VERY well! Not a overpowering ending, just a nice little burn in your throat. Very expensive, but i’d try it again!

Bottle. Pours an orange color with a faint white head. Leaves some lacing on the side of this glass. Aroma is hoppy and alcohol. Flavor is sweet, fruit, citrus, alcohol and grass. This beer warms you up as you drink it. Not as hoppy as I thought it would be but good never the less

Smells of alcohol and prunes. Cloudy orange with a white head and a bit of darker sediment that came out at the end. The taste is surprisingly smooth for the alcohol content, sweet and almost like a desert wine, not as hoppy as I thought. Thick mouth feel and hardly carbonated. Very unique but almost transcends the beer category.

06. Pour is murky and cloudy with not much head. Aromas of sweet malt, sugar, and alcohol. Flavor is a straight up MALT BOMB! All alcohol and malt. Down the drain this guy went.

This is one monster beer, pours to a cloudy amber body, smells of hops and strong liquor taste, has a small white head that dissipates quickly. From the first sip, this is more of a desert beer that you’d want to enjoy over time, with every taste, the hops are present, along with a sweet alcohol taste, that goes down smooth but has a nice burning like many liquors too, loved the beer but my palate is not used to something this strong,

This IPA, is quite boozy, but amazing. You still get a full hoppy flavor. Definitely recommend.
