ChrisThomson (382), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jun 21, 2009 Updated: Jun 22, 2009Bottle. Second favourite IPA at the moment, and top one availalbe locally. Pours golden with nice lacing. Nice hop kick with citrus notes. Hoppy bitterness is balanced out well by malts. ghawener (953), San Salvador, El Salvador Jun 18, 2009 Bottle: Thanks to ramenen, drank for Father´s Day dinner. This is a clean, well balanced IPA, went very well with the spicy shrimp bowl. Ramenen (453), San Salvador, El Salvador Jun 18, 2009 Drank it last nite for father’s day. Drinkable, good session beer. It does however lack complexity, flavor and balance. The mouth feel is light bodied and unidimensional. Very solid, but needs a punch. alafito (334), tijuana, Mexico Jun 17, 2009 Drink at room temp for a fine well hopped and candied IPA, Drink cool for
a great session beer. Perfect IPA identical to the 90 min but much easier to
drink. Great for the summer. beer4mencc1701 (21), Irving, Texas, USA Jun 17, 2009 Updated: Jun 30, 2009On tap, Flying Saucer, Addison. Dark golden, medium head with nice lacing. Beautifully balanced citrus nose with pineapple, bright pine, rosemary spruce, sweet pastry aroma. Supremely tasty, perfectly hoppy lemon sweet-resin flavor with sweet malty background. You can taste you got your $ worth of hops. Clean, lip-smacking but full-bodied mouthfeel, would order this anytime, anywhere. grobeen (25), , Illinois, USA Jun 15, 2009 I’ve heard nothing but good things about this beer, yet cannot seem to find the same flavor others speak of. Mine is always flat - muted hoppy flavors, little green, citrus nose, not intense or bitter, as I like. lumpsowers (235), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA Jun 14, 2009 Clear straw pour, nice head, nice lace. Wet dog aroma? Flat very interesting fruity flavor. Strawberry or watermelon, with very light bitterness. Nice piny after, a very good light IPA.
Rustyham (552), miami, Florida, USA Jun 14, 2009 Great IPA: enough bitterness to warrant your attention, but not so much that it is distracting. This has great body, maltiness that supports the hopping to balance the weight of the beer but not enough to get in the way. You know it’s there, but you can’t taste it. Went very well with my fried chicken sangwich. Hurricane Grill in Miami.
