Bottle from Saveur-Biere.com - Color: clear golden blond beer with small carbonation and small white foam. Smell: hoppy domination, grassy and floral notes and malt presence. Taste: good balance of malt with hoppy upper notes. Grassy and floral. Some spices notes. Aftertaste: good balance of malt and some wet bitterness. Not so bitter for and IPA

Pours with a nice golden/caramel color and white head that stays. Mild fruit, hop, malt aroma. The malt really comes through in this beer and itís very tasty. The hops are fruity with a nice smooth bitterness. Couldnít make it better.

Aroma is hops, mildly fruit and a hint of malt , pours a nice head out of bottle, translucent golden hue, taste is very crisp, not over hoppy a hint of malt. Overall a perfect example of an ipa. A must try!

Hoppy on the nose, light amber pour. The typical dogfish beer. Hoppy and floral taste which makes it a good starting beer.

Big fan of Amarillo hops and tasted right away. Nice malt with over riding hoppiness. Citrus, piney. Hops are strong, but have a balance that doesnít give a big bitter aftertaste. Strong, but balanced. Very impressed.

Ah, good olí 60 minute. Weird, how Iíve never said anything on this one. Here goes.
Almost always served in a pint glass, remember itís an AIPA, so letís not overdo things here. I think once I had it in a snifter and then thought it really didnít do anything special so continued going back to the good olí pint glass.
The appearance was a nice hazy light golden orange color with a decent one finger white foamy head that dissipates within about a minute.
The smell had a nice blend of citrus to piney hops to allow a nice sweet caramel maltiness to enter in when it warms.
The taste was mainly bittersweet through a wonderful combination of all of the previously mentioned flavors.
On the palate, this one sits about a good light to medium in body that shows a great sessionability about it.
Overall, though I may miss a go - to AIPA when I used to live on the East Coast, I know this was always a spectacular beer to have with a crab meat sandwich and a slab of melted Muenster cheese over top.

UPDATED: JUN 8, 2014 Aroma is light, floral, malt. Appearance is light copper, white head. Taste is meh, malt, a strange light bitterness that isnít hop related. Mouthfeel is carbonated, a strange bitterness that lingers. Overall, Iím really not thoroughly impressed with this one.
