Tap. Nice orangish color with nice head. You get a wiff of citrus and fruits right away. Taste is much the same with a hoppy start. Very good IPA here. One of the better out there.

Purchased at Woody’s Smokes & Brews. Pours a clear golden orange with fluffy off white head. Hops abound in the aroma department with some a hint of fruit and grass. Hops dominate the taste, bit of a dry finish. Malts however balances things out in the end. Solid Pale Ale. Quite tame compared to the 120 minute. What a difference an extra 60 minutes makes!

This is an incredibly well-balanced IPA with a great floral aroma and hoppy but not overly bitter taste. It’s the kind of beer you take a drink of, swish around your mouth to savor the flavor, and then continue doing so for several delightful hours. One of the best session IPAs out there, as far as I’m concerned.

Pours a clearish orange with a white head that becomes a thick ring and a thin film after about five minutes. Good lacing though. Aroma of hops: Slightly piney, and citrusy, but mostly kittly-littery-ish, but in a good way. Flavor is well balanced between malt and hops, and finishes nice. Solid IPA all around, don’t let the kitty litter discourage ya. :)

a very nice IPA.. If you try a bottle, i suggest pouring down the middle for a perfect head. nice floral hoppy aroma. pours a beautiful light copper color. I can taste (and smell) a hint of coffee underneath the citrus and hops... that is very unique for an ipa... The ibu’s are not overpowering, and there is tons of flavor. I can see why this beer is so popular!

12 oz. bottle. Strong and balanced IPA. The hops aren’t my favorite, a little dry and strong. Not nearly as raunchy as 120 minute.

ABV 6.0%, 60 IBUs, Bottled On 11/07/08, drank on 4/20/09 Aroma: Surprising light, floral and citrus aroma. I suspect the beer’s hops have faded. This might be another case of an old beer. Appearance: The beers pours, clear, copper with tall whit head that persists. Flavor: Well balanced between the malts and hops. Not enough hops for an American IPA. Mouth feel: Smooth medium bodied beer that tingle the tip and sides of the tongue. Overall Impression: I very good beer, but it doesn’t taste like an IPA nor a beer of 60 IBU. I still enjoyed drinking it and they are going down easy…

Bottle, bought @ Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam.
Pours slightly darkish golden with a great, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has lots of hops, and in a well-balanced mix, even. Pine, grapefruit, grass, ashy and very floral. Some caramel and bready malts in the background. Medium carbonation, not that impressive, slightly watery mouthfeel. Flavour is nice, lots of fruity and piney hops with a slight dryness and bitterness in the finish. A very nice IPA, but in the 94th percentile of its style, it probably ain’t.
