3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
12oz bottle pours a deep amber color with a nice fluffy offwhite head that laces well. Aroma is grapefruit and pine. Flavor is well balanced. Starting slightly malty before the hops come onto the palate and finish with a nice grapefruit sting. On the palate it is medium bodied and easy to drink again and again.

4.3 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
Brilliant copper tones in the pour, such a sweet flavor in the malt selection. Something unique in the malts chosen in the 60min IPA that i have never tasted in any other beer, besides its older brother the 90min.. The taste says it all. The hops on the other hand creep onto your tounge and explode post swallowing. If youíve ever had it on draft youíll never want the bottle again.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
poured a transparent copper with an off-white head. Aroma is of peaches and a complex blend of hops. Flavor is faint fruit and citrus, with an overtone of bitterness. Good beer. I definitely prefer the 9 minute, though.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
12 oz bottle. Pours a clear golden-orange with a big rocky white head that has great retention and leaves some lacing.
The aroma is apricoty, grassy, peppery hops with some doughy malts.
The flavor is fruity (apricot) malt with a touch of sweetness, followed by a nice big lingering hop (floral, peppery) bitterness. Itís medium bodied and very smooth with a nice carbonation level.
Overall, a very good IPA (although a tad pricey). I liked this much better than the 90 Minute or the Aprihop.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz. Bottle: Pours a transparent golden with a smallish white head which dissapates modertely quick. Aromas of piney hops, also touches of fruitier hops, and some spice. Flavor was perfect amount of hops, nice and bitter but not overpowering so that other elements of this beer come through, a good malt base in the background, and maybe even some nuttiness. Lasting dry bitter finish and mouthfeel.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: JUL 14, 2005 This beer is hoppy but it is lacking in depth. Thereís a bit of a dirty, tingy malt taste, and a lot of the bitter hops throughout. Overall this is certainly a quality brew, but it doesnít stand out particularly in any way. The head was huge and the color was golden.
