Picked up a six-pack for Thanksgiving at Whole Foods Market. Looked golden in my glass. Great tasting too. Enjoyed it outside with some Greek olives. Going to try the 90 and 120 IPAs next!

60 Minute IPA pours a golden orange color with a nice fluffy white head that remained through most of the experience. Hops dominate the aroma with a backing of hints of citrus. Good hop flavor hits you first along with notes of pine and citric flavors. A bitter and fruity aftertaste follows the initial rush of hops. This has a medium creamy mouthfeel that fits the brew well. A good all around IPA that is very flavorfull and makes for a good sessionable brew that can still give a hophead his fix.

Bottle, smokeless Joe’s. Dark Orange Pour. Long lasting white head. Strong sharp hop aroma - not fruity, but what can best be described as sharp - and enjoyable. Strong crisp mouthfeel, balanced by nice carbonation and a decent malt base - a little too syrupy at times, but otherwise nice as well. Overall, very quaffable, hoppy and enjoyable.

I love the sweet hoppy kick that punches you in the mouth. Great mouth feel and nice full bodied flavor supported well by the malt. BUT... this is a two beer max for me because the hops build up and leave a sort of perfume thing in my mouth.

Yellowish. frail head. Bitterness sneaks up on you and persists after your done wth your sip. Slight chemical smell. All in all not bad but not one I’d make a habit of drinking.

UPDATED: FEB 3, 2008 Slightly hazy rich golden colour with a thick yellow head. Spicy hop aroma, slight mustiness with grapefruity citrus coming through. Flavour is malt accented, a bit yeasty and biscuity with spicy and fruity hoppiness. Bitter finish. Very nice. Great balance, nice tasty IPA.

Aroma is clean and smells of canned peaches and biscuits. This beer is light amber in color with a modest head of small bubbles that is short lived. Perfectly clear! She seems slightly unbalanced. Front is loaded with bitter hops leaving my mouth dry. Slight hint of malt on the finish, though it doesn’t last. The bitterness makes a return appearance. An interesting beer, but not something I would seek out

UPDATED: NOV 24, 2004 Good sized head. Light carbonation with decent lacing. Big juicy aroma. Loads of pine, citrus, floral hops, berries and a bit of doughy bread. Color is a clear medium amber. Nice hoppy flavor. Bit of roastyness in there. Some charcoal and roasted malts. Not much bitterness for the amout of hops. Great balance between the malts and hops. Also some subtle fruit in there. Very drinkable. Slightly sour/bitter finish but clean and smooth. A very good IPA and a brew that could become a staple in my fridge.

Unique hop aroma. Pine resin, some sharp funkiness. Flavor is hops, hops, hops. I’m inclined to say that the continuous hopping really serves its purpose. From front to back, this beer is all hops. Holds together well.

Poured a clear yellow with a white head that left a thick lacing on the glass. Aroma is strong and hoppy. Good IPA flavor, though not as deep as some others. Strong finish. Very drinkable.
