From 12oz bottle. Pours a pale, clean orange. Medium, off-white head. Big, floral hop nose. Some peach. Very fresh. Taste carries the fruit note from the aroma and adds some pine resin and bubblegum sweetness. Nicely balanced. Mouthfeel is similar to a cream soda. Some mild bitterness on the finish.

Mastelefish (53) - North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 6, 2014
One of the first IPAs I’ve had, but just rating it now. Pours a clear amber with a thin, white head. Aromas consist primarily of bready malts and citrus notes. Taste has a fair amount of bitterness that disappears quickly with the larger amount of carbonation. The body is medium and bubbly. Certainly easy to come by a a low cost. Try a few and drink up!

Pours a golden orange color with a nice foamy white head. Has a pine and spruce aroma. Taste is pine with some citrus. Not very bitter, and it finishes dry. Has plenty of carbonation and a nice full body feel. Another nicely done IPA from Dogfish Head.

12ox bottle from I Like That, Portsmouth, NH. Amber with a billowing white head; powerfully hopped aroma; buttery malt body with some candied citrus fruit and a gentle but sustained woody bitterness. A good benchmark against which to judge other American IPAs.
