Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA

Supple mouthfeel in my oppinion. I would build a shrine for the 90 minute (and can’t wait to try the expensive 120-minute). Aroma: Ahh there they are! What I have been waiting on - hops.. grapefruit, some slight pine, banana & lemon, my mouth is watering

This is one of the finest pale ales around. It is sweet and session-able like the description says. Nice easy palate and mouthfeel, great smell. Good.

Pours orange, white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, light piney hops scent, giving a near cocoa impression. Some floral hops. Taste, malty, sweet caramel , candi sugar and light chocolat. Light floral hops for a nice hoppy finish.

A great golden beer with a thin wispy white head. Aroma is much more faint than I was expecting and is mostly of pine and citrus. It has a pine hoppy flavor and a slight sweet malt ending. The beer has a very low and fine carbonatio . A nice moderately filling and hoped beer but prefer other hoped choices by Dogfish to this one.

Poured flat with no head. Faint hoppy and citrus aroma with flat flavoring... bad bottle for sure.

Bottle from Bottletrek in Eugene, OR. Overall this was a great brew, but I was expecting more from Dogfish. Tasted simiilar to most IPA’s and of course a step down from the 90 minute. If you want a really good IPA, go straight for the 90 don’t even bother with this one.

Clear golden with very white foamy head that disappears. Hoppy orange, grapefruit aroma. Full bodied orange and pine taste with a bitter orange aftertaste. Very easy drinking.

Transparent orange, with a small white head. nicely carbonated, good amount of hops, and slight citrus notes. Very well balanced, crisp bitter finish. I can drink these all night.
