Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA

Clear amber color with an orange tint. Small whitish head. Aroma is strong hops, slight scent of caramel. Very hoppy flavor with a little citrus - couldn’t pinpoint the exact fruit. The mouthfeel was kind of stinging and very bitter. Not one of my favorite IPAs. I’ll stick with the 90 minute.

Pours a very light clear yellow/amber gwith a medium frothy white foam. Lovely fresh citrus hop aroma with some pine, resin and mellow malt. Big fresh hop flavor without any of the annoying sticky maltiness. Perfect balance, citrus and pine. The malts are perfectly positioned to lay a nice sweet base without interefering or covering up any of the hopiness. Medium/light body, so easy drinking, no stickiness, standard carbonation. Amazing drinkability without going over the top on the malts, lets the hops shine thru as an IPA should.

A light, clear amber color and a light, fruity-smelling head give way to citrusy, hoppy goodness. This beer does a nearly perfect job of straddling the line between hoppiness and lightness... an IPA that is easily drinkable on the hottest of summer days, yet will still challenge the palate of any seasoned beer afocianado.

From the start, a lively aroma with banana abound. Mahogany in color. The flavor was fruity, mildly hoppy with the same banana presence from the original aroma. Nice, fizzy palate. A definite winner, from a person that has never liked an IPA.

This beer is just a classic! It is IPA perfected without a doubt. The right amount of hop nose make this a semi/session beer w/out a doubt. The mouthfeel is instrumental to what happens next. The finish. A pleasant grapefruit meets orange finish. A must try....Poo-Zim-Pee-La

I’ve heard so many good things about this beer that I HAD to try it out. At first smell I could definitely tell that this was going to be a nice hoppy flavored beer and it didn’t let down. It just got smoother and smoother from one beer to the next (and no it wasn’t because I was getting a "buzz"). It was just a sign that this was great stuff!

Bottled @ Martys. Amber color with a persistent white cream. Aroma is hoppy, flavor is pretty much the same, a nice bitterness at finish.

Pours a nice golden color and the head remains throughout. The aroma is of fruit and has a nice floral bouqet. The flavor is also of floral hops and is a bit earthy. This beer has a nice big flavor but is not overly bitter. The beer is very balanced and is a terrific IPA.
