I good brew. Crisp, clear amber. Short head dissipates quickly but still some lacing. The citrus/hop flavor is a bit too obvious and up front for me. I wouldn’t turn one down if offered though.

Pour is a still deep yellow with no bubbles or head. Aroma is citrus, pine, hops, floral, nice sweet balanced scent. Pleasant mellow mouth feel. Taste is nice bitter hops balanced against sweetness, some pine and citrus in the background. The taste dies to a nice leveled out palate of abstract bitterness

Draught at Le Cheile, nyc. Can’t believe I haven’t drank it yet! Clear amber with a white head. Fresh and crispy hoppiness with crackers undertones. Fresh and lightly bitter, faint tropical fruit. Medium body, light bitter finish. Good and solid.

Expected more from this brew. A pretty average modern IPA with all the expected citrusy flavors and strong bitterness. Good but not creating the angels choir sing.

I find this tasty IPA to be rather "bready," in a good way. To my palate, it has a heavier mouth feel than I’ve seen others describe it. Lots of citrus and piney highlights, and the finish is dry and pleasantly bitter.

Draught point at Ted’s Montana Grill in NYC. Clear golden amber colour with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, hops and sweet malt. Light to medium body with good carbonation. Lovely fruity taste with a bitter finish. Heavily hopped, lots of tropical fruits - pineapple, passionfruit, with citrus (grapefruit). I love the grapefruit zest - really refreshing. Great with meat.

My brother introduced me to the Dogfish Head IPA's in order 60, 90, and 120 minute. The 60 is the most approachable for the IPA novice, all of their IPA's are very well balanced and the 60 is a great example of what hop adds to a beer, the nose and palate distinguish it from your run of the mill yellow fizzy Joe beers without nuking your tastebuds, it is a beer you could sit on the porch on a sunny day and kill all day with friends. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
