4.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Double ipa for a fortnight and a day #4...(I know its a single but its good)
Light straw colored body with a fluffy white head. Smell is citrus juice with light pine and almost fruity. The balance is incredible, and this drinks juicy but not sweet. The hop is incredibly delicate and the star of the show. Nothing gets in the way of the hop. Excellent beer!

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cloudy golden color with an egg shell white fluffy head. Notes of grapefruit, orange peel, bready, malt, hint of coffee. A bit of effervesance, smooth mouthfeel, malty, citrus hoppy, coffee, hop bitterness on the finish. Pretty good, balanced well.

Caramel colour, not much head, citrus aroma of grapefruit and orange. Slightly bitter taste of grapefruit rind, with a hint of orange. Bitter finish.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Light amber in color with fluffy white head with lacing. Nicely balanced... Not overly hopped so palate doesn’t resist and feel assaulted. Nice beer.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
bread, spruce, resin, earthy, ginger, amber, orange, clear, white foam, minimal head, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, medium bitterness, medium body, creamy, average carbonation, rounded aftertaste ?, clearly a superior IPA that doesn’t assault you with trendy hoppyness

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
a blondish colour, with a blended nose including citrus hops, woodiness and maybe vanilla (most dogfish head products get back to skillful use of vanilla for me!). Body features the highly blended elements of most dogfish head products. The 60 features citrus (lemon end of the spectrum), delicate malt and a touch of woodiness, vanilla, and a punched up effervescence which lightens up the overall taste. Very clean but with the usual soft dogfish head complexity!

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Klar mørk gylden, lille tæt skum. Aroma: fyr, sød citrus. Tør bitterhed i smagen, mandarin, men samtidig fyldig og cremet. Lang eftersmag. God oplevelse, virker ret kompleks.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours clear transparent copper with watery white head and thin lacing. Aroma is lots of floral grassy hops, bready malt, some grapefruit and coffee. Coffee in an IPA is a nice surprise! Taste is not as big as what the smell would have you believe - bitter hops with a little spice but on the thin side. Palate is light and crisp with a tiny bit of carbonation and slickness but still on the watery side. Not bad by any means but then the DFH 90 minute IPA set my standards unreasonably high.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Ok IPA, a bit over rated I believe. The New Belgium IPAs I just drank had more flavor and kick to them than this one. The flavor is pretty straight forward. It has a medium body and a very mild bitterness in the aftertaste.
