Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA

Bold flavor, wonderful floral aroma. Very smooth. Looks average in the glass, but tastes excellent. Great if you like a hoppy flavor that isn’t overwhelming. Tastes mildly of citrus too, a pleasing IPA.

Amber color with a long lasting white head. Hoppy citrus aroma and a mild carbonated taste. Great IPA.

Bottle: malty, yeasty aroma dominated by citrus hops. pours a clear pale amber with a nice 1-2 finger head that dissapates slowly. moderate carbonation sting gives way to sweet malt and caramel with hops quickly dominating the profile with citrus and floral hops. the aftertaste is surprisingly complex for an ipa. good lingering hops on the back of the tounge but also a residual sweetness at the tip of the tounge. Draft: same all around exept less carbonation, and more hops in the aftertaste

Shared with Parksy. Pale amber, hazy, moderate beige head. Big aromas of passionfruit, grapefruit. Bursting big hop flavour on the palate, very very bitter. Awesome!

12 oz bottle, poured amber/orange with foamy white head, which mostly dissipated and left slight lacing. Aroma very hoppy, with citrus and pine. Taste of grapefruit, lemon, orange, with bitter hops and pine. Mouthfeel is fizzy and moderately smooth. Decent beer, but not quite my style. Updated rating: more into IPA’s now, can appreciate more.

Pours a clear amber color with foamy white head. Aroma doinated by citrus and floral hops. Excellently well-balanced quaffable IPA with enormous hop flavor and nice touch of malt.

Pours a clear golden with a giant, off-white, rocky head that barely settles down and leaves good lacing. Aroma of citrus hops, lemon, orange juice. Initial taste is orange juice with citrus hops and then moves to come bitter, nutty flavors ending with a quick, sweet finish. Great session IPA.
