Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA

Pours a clear golden with a giant, off-white, rocky head that barely settles down and leaves good lacing. Aroma of citrus hops, lemon, orange juice. Initial taste is orange juice with citrus hops and then moves to come bitter, nutty flavors ending with a quick, sweet finish. Great session IPA.

A most distinctive IPA. My favororite thus far in my infancy of beer tasting. You can try dozens of IPAs and this one will surprise you. My favorite of the 60, 90 and 120 offerings from Dogfish.

pours a white foamy head to this moderate body beer, right amount of hops, not to overpowering, mixed with a hint of grapefruit taste, very well balanced beer, great beer.

Nice aroma a little on the mild side, and good copperish-orange color and small head head. Definately a stand out in the crowded IPA class, the cedar flavor set it apart. wonderful and very drinkable. many more please!

Wow! I haven’t rated this yet? Luckily the corner store we went to pick up some watered-down domestics carried this. Houda figured? Anyway, this is the lowest ABV of the bunch (90, 120). Flavor is hoppy and smooth. Goes great on a hot summer day.

12 oz. bottle pours a clear amber orange with an off-white frothy head. This is a well-balanced IPA with a grapefruit hoppiness that carries through to the finish. The flavor is somewhat laid back and smooth without the bite. Lightly carbonated with a slightly watery texture. Excellent beer.

Pours orange with small head. Citrus and floral notes on the nose. Citrus and hops flavors with the crisp finish of a good IPA. Definitely one to get again.

Pours a bright orange with a light head and an odd, sweet, creamed corn aroma. Tastes more like a cream ale than an IPA, not particularly hoppy. Very corny and sweet with a nice aftertaste. Creamy body with good carb. Weird, I wasn’t expecting this slightly hoppy cream ale. Thanks to Degarth for the trade!
