Our flagship beer. A session India Pale Ale brewed with Warrior, Amarillo & 'Mystery Hop X.' A powerful East Coast I.P.A. with a lot of citrusy hop character. THE session beer for beer geeks like us! 6% abv 60 ibu Tasting Notes: Citrus, cedar, pine & candied-orange flavors, floral. Food Pairing recommendations: Spicy foods, pesto, grilled salmon, soy-based dishes, pizza. Many bottles...really good IPA. The taste was very fresh, but not overpowering, like with most IPA’s.

Draught at Murphy’s Law in Rochester. Big citrus-pine nose. Very good malt, with rich caramel and perfect sweetness. Great hops. Possibly THE perfect session beer.

( 12oz bottle dated 5/15/09) pours opaque yellow, nice head and great lacing. Nose of pine and citrus hops. Taste is citrus hops, light touch of pine, and the sweetness is very well balanced. In fact this is as well balanced as an IPA gets and I can drink it all night. A huge statement since I’m not huge on hops.

Brassy pour with a big foamy head. Fresh hop aroma with a fresh pine scent. Malty and citric, better balanced than the 90min that I love, with some earthy notes.

Draft. Pours deep, clear amber. Thick, frothy, beautiful white head. Brilliant lacing. Aroma of sweet malts, grapes, spice, and hops. Full body with a sugary, refreshing finish. Great local IPA.

Intense hop taste and smell. Bitter crisp finish. Amber colour with malt in the smell. Just a fantastic beer.

Poured from the tap into a tasting glass. The color is amber with a nice foamy white head. Some nice lacing. The smell is of citrus hops and some malt flavor. SMell a little like a peach. The taste is hoppy, some nice citrus hops mixed with some slight floral feel. Has a slight malty feel as well. This beer has a nice medium feel to this beer. A very smooth feel to this beer and does not have that harsh aftertaste that some hoppy beers do.
