Tap at the Matchbox. Clear and golden orange pour. Aroma suggests canned peaches with a syrupy sweetness, some lovely floral overtones and a hint of saltine crackers. Good balance there. Tastes first of fresh crushed garlic and salted artichokes. Rosewater and some bitter orange rind fill out the hop profile. Only a swift kiss of malt strength on the back end, giving way to a cedar wood and quiet honey finish. Smooth and mildly earthy in the mouth. Quite pleasant, with sophisticated restraint.

Pours an orange color with a thick and lasting white head. Slightly fruity aroma with citrus and apricot along with a little bit of malt. Perfectly balanced IPA in that you get all the hops you want nicely offset by a sweet malty flavor. Slightly bitter citrusy flavor with a malt finish. A fantastic session beer.

Medium gold body, clear, with an average sized frothy head that is mostly lasting and has good soapy lacing. Sour pine aroma with some orange and menthol. Pine, honey-lemon cough drop, and orange in flavor. Very good.

Bottle. Light amber, big head. Intense IPA aroma. The flavor is a bit more tame that I expected; it doesn't blow you away with the intense hoppiness. Nice grassy flavor, great overall, I liked it better than the 90-minute version.

yummy...this one was pretty damn huge on the grapefruit flavors, and a little less on the pine. i still prefer the 90 minute IPA...still waiting to get my hands on the 120 minute IPA

Aroma is citrusy with a little pepper and a slight sour note. Color is a bright clear gold with very good carbonation and a thick tight head. Taste is super hop and citrusy. Starting with a medium body it goes down with a rich feel. Finish is a pine sap flavor then a bold citrus that leans on the side of orange. After taste has a slight smoky flavor in it. I don’t like this brew, the citrus is way to overpowering and rich.

Hmm smells of floral. Pours a nice deep orange color with a small bubbly head. Tastes like hops and flowers with a piney grapefruit hints. Decent finish and goes down smooth. Pretty good as far as IPA goes.

CASK-CONDITIONED: This was truly amazing. Perhaps it had to do with it being cask-conditioned but this IPA was fabulous. Super fresh hops that finished smooth. As it warms it only gets better.
