Pours a bright golden color with a decent amount of carbonation and a big, white head that leaves a lot of lacing. Strong grapefruit presence was there right when I opened the bottle, and maybe some orange and various tropical fruits are added when I gave it a good whiff. Very fruity and hoppy on the tongue, with no noticeable malt flavors coming through. Light to medium bodied, with not too much bitterness to keep this one from not being sessionable. One dimension to this one, but a very good session beer for hop heads.

2015 bottle. A hazy dark golden color with a fluffy white head. Nice light citrus/tropical fruit aroma with an underlying pepper. The taste hits the same citrus and tropical fruit with a full pine bitterness that doesn't overwhelm. A white pepper and woody taste, what the bottle describes as cedar. Almost saison like. Definite malt backbone but not immediately apparent. Medium-full body. Very easy drinking. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled. Pours hazy golden. Aroma is citrus, grassy, toast and somewhat floral. Taste is light sweet and pretty bitter. Classic, good, but getting a bit "old fashioned". Medium bodied and quite fizzy.

The appearance of this beer is a golden-wheat color, not much of a head but has some nice bubbles on top. Smell of citrus hops, pine and sweet malts. A slight bitterness follows in the middle followed by some pine and citrus hops. Need to try a fresher bottle to really rate it.

12 oz bottle poured into a short wine glass. Dark yellow/orange appearance with a thin white head that dissipates relatively quickly. Aromas of grass, citrus, biscuits. Taste of mango, pine, and cereal grains with a hint of grapefruit bitterness on the finish. Very tasty IPA from one of my favorite breweries.

Pours golden with white head. Aroma of pine, toffee, malt, citrus, floral. Not as hoppy as expected from an IPA. Round mouthfeel. Medium pleasant bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
