Pours a bright golden color with a decent amount of carbonation and a big, white head that leaves a lot of lacing. Strong grapefruit presence was there right when I opened the bottle, and maybe some orange and various tropical fruits are added when I gave it a good whiff. Very fruity and hoppy on the tongue, with no noticeable malt flavors coming through. Light to medium bodied, with not too much bitterness to keep this one from not being sessionable. One dimension to this one, but a very good session beer for hop heads.

Wanted the 90 minute DIPA but this will have to do. Smells great - sweet malt, hops and earthiness suggest how sessionable this beer will be. Pours a golden color; looks like many commercial mass-produced beers except for a white pillowy head of foam. Tastes amazing, with citrus hops that are not overpowering, just refreshing. Overall a great and unique IPA. I could drink a 6 pack of this on a hot summer day. Oh how I wish I could get this in St. Louis.

Tremendous IPA. One of the purest IPAs Iíve ever had. Its crisp and fresh with a golden appereance and decent aftertaste.

Slightly cloudy orange colour, medium sized off-white head; aroma of pine, tropical fruits and biscuity notes; taste is dominated by piney hops with some tropical fruity notes and malty sweetness - excellent IPA!

A very good session IPA, is a little bit old world and more similar to a pale ale but a decent beer. I have to say one thing as a pretentious Melbournian, the American beers have been way ahead of the game in regards to craft beers, however their label designs appallingly outdated, lacking imagination, like a pamphlet from the early 2000ís. Doghead Fish brewery - you have great beers but please update your labels and be more imaginative, youíll get more attention that your amazing beer demands!

amber color; fruity, citrusy hop aroma; nice citrusy, floral hop flavor with a fairly light, crisp malt base; lots of bitter hops, but still well balanced; an excellent IPA

By craft beer IPA standards this is pretty bland. Fairly strong bitterness from the hops, but not much flavor.

Dark honey gold with foamy head. Aroma is fruity and spicy. Taste - light and crisp resinous hops with notes of spice and tropical fruit. Ample bready malt backbone. Nice IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours clear golden with thin white head. The aroma has resin and floral hops, but they arenít strong and after a few sips I donít get any aroma. The taste is also light, with refreshing lemon citrus hops balanced with the malt. This strikes me as a great summer session pale ale, but not a great IPA.

Golden clear, white creamy head. Smell of dust, floral hops, some spices and malts. Moderate sweet, quite malty, more honey and floral taste; medium bitter som spice and hints of resins. Far from legend material. Since there is no date the conclusion must be that this bottle was old
