"i actually usually like this one better than the 90 minute, which surprises me. usally for me (with hops) the bigger the better. this one is very subdued for DFH, but solid all around. good aroma and hoppy flavor. citrus, no pine, on the nose."

From my point of view, the perfect beer. Very aromatic and hoppy, not too bitter, and good ale body.

Aroma: light flowers, some grass, pine light citrus. Appearance: hazy yellow, medium, creamy, white head. Taste: medium sweet. Palate: sweets intensify, heavy, ripe fruits. Overall: nice IPA, aroma somewhat light, but Palate is quite nice. Pint at Yard House - The Link, Las Vegas.

330ml bottle served in a pint glass. A: Pours a light orange color forming a big and bubbled and fluffy white head. Great retention and tons of lingering lacings formed and left in the glass S: Very crispy and biscuity upfront. Strong notes of sweet pale grains. Delicious hops profile: A mix of grassy, a bit citrus and a little bit piny. Notes of grapefruit, pineapple and watermelon (oh yeah! Iím not kidding ;)). Bit earthy end... Impressive T: Slightly sweet upfront followed by a crispy, and dry and biscuity taste. Notes of pale malts, grapefruit and pineapple. Moderate but greatly balanced hops bitterness. End is dry and bitter M: Light body. Good carbonation. Biscuity and piny aftertaste O: Very drinkable. Masterpiece IPA [ BA Review @ 6/5/2014 ]

Mild for an IPA or perhaps better phrased smoother. Nice taste of citrus which seems to override all the other taste. Nice aromas and wonderful balance. As for all the dogfish head products well made

6%, on tap, enjoyed but if you like this you'll love the 90 minute, it's better and stronger alcohol content! Nice American IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Kihoskh, Copenhagen - medium hazy amber coloured pour with off-white head. Aroma and taste is a medley of tropical and citrus fruits, hoppy and malty, some caramel, marmalade, grapefruit and peach, pine needles, good mouthfeel, some spicy hop bite in the bitter finish. Very good.

This is a real east coast style IPA. None of the searing hoppiness from the west coast. Nicely balanced malt profile and very biscuity. Overall, a nice IPA but for my taste I have gotten use to the west coast style.
