Pours a clear light-copper, with a good head that doesn’t dissipate completely even after five minutes. Very good looking beer. The aroma is somewhat hoppy but not floral. Mostly sweet caramel and wood notes. Slightly alcoholic on the nose as well, but not distracting. In the mouth, this is a very well balanced beer. Bitterness up front from ample hops, and a good backing of malt. No one taste predominates as opposed many other IPAs. Very drinkable. Funny, this is very good, but I remember being much more impressed with this beer when I first tried it years ago. Very good overall.

Deep golden color, white head. Aroma is fresh hops and fruits. Nice hoppy and fruity taste, fresh hops, some malty body. Good straightforward IPA.

12oz bottle. Nose is pine, caramelised orange, wood. Flavour is pine with some refreshing fruitiness with melon, orange and lemon notes. There’s plenty of cereal maltiness and, somewhat bizarrely, a little black pepper. Very little in the way of aftertaste.

Orange marmalade and pepper on the nose. I did not sneeze. There’s some tropical fruit, a bit of honey-like sweetness and a little chewy resin that is also aromatic. Beautiful East Coast IPA I could drink all day
