Blasphemies (45), Ontario, Canada Apr 26, 2008 Citrus and pine armoa. Lots of hops,a bit bitter, and a bit of nice fruit. Very good.
502Flavors (159), Kentucky, USA Jul 17, 2008 12 oz. bottle into shaker. Nice honey amberish brown pour with a descent slightly off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit hops; sweet juicy and refreshing. Flavor throws me off a bit though - not what the aroma might suggest. It was sweet and a bit funky (musty) with mostly a strange and unbalanced malt hop presence. Not very bitter. Medium bodied on the palate with soft carbonation. Overall: pretty good, but might as well go for the 90, even though it costs a bit more. AndyReynolds (12), Wilder, Kentucky, USA Jul 16, 2008 An awesome IPA, pours a golden tan with a thick white head. Tastes very hoppy with pine and citrus hints, has a little malty flavor in the after taste. A great everyday beer for a hophead. ale_brewer (94), Mentor, Ohio, USA Jul 16, 2008 Great drinkable IPA not as bitter as the 90. great balance between malt and hops. gkao007 (17), Jersey City, New Jersey, USA Jul 16, 2008 Piney, strong bitter hops with malty undertones. 5 second finish. Leaves slight dryness on palate urging you to take another sip. Surprisingly paired very well with Chinese food. Especially General Tso’s Chicken. (no joke) Biddle_Brau (86), Midland Park, New Jersey, USA Jul 15, 2008 Pours clear golden with thin white head. Huge orange blossom bouquet. Hops hit you from the get-go but finish with little after taste, melding with the malt that hangs in the background. This is not a heavy feeling beer, really well balanced and full of clean flavor.
