Botte. The pour was a light clear golden amber with a slight yellow hue and an average sized (1-2 finger) white frothy head that pretty much lasted throughout and had excellent clingy fluffy lacing.
The aroma had a moderate dose of grass and pine hops, a light grain malt and a moldy yeast and had decent notes of caramel and citrus (grapefruit and orange).
The taste was light, sweet and hoppy with a notes of caramel and orange at first and finished a bit bitterer with a nice touch of citrus at the end. The flavor lasted only a short time with the taste fading rather quickly after the swallow.
Mouthfeel was just a bit past light in body with a dry yet watery texture and a semi lively carbonation.
Overall a nice light, refreshing and tasty IPA, a brew that one could definitely drink quite a few of.

Finally got around to trying this beer! I’ve had so many Dogfish Head brews but just never got around to trying this one. Anyways, pours a slightly hazy amber into the glass with a white head. Aromas of grassy hops and citrus peel. Flavor is nice malt backbone with the hops coming through nicely in the finish. Very drinkable. Great example of the style too!

12 oz. bottle in a tulip glass. Pours a golden straw color, or a light amber, with a fluffy white head. Aroma is perfect: grapefruit, orange, other citrus smells, pine, floral scents. Possibly the best smelling IPA in the world. Taste follows the nose, with a bitter hops finish. Along with Two Hearted, this is one of the absolute best IPAs I’ve ever tried, and one of my favorite beers period.

Kopparfärgad med mellanstort skum som stannar kvar! Massor med humle och även en del malt i smaken! Riktigt god ipa! Dracks i New York!

Bottle into shaker. Lightly cloudy honey golden color. Not much head and it dissipates quickly. Leaves plenty of lace however. Floral, honey, southern pine, light resin nose. Hint of cinnamon. Taste is well balanced. Almost didn’t notice the malt until the second sip. Not very hoppy, but has a nice semi-bitter finish. Salty and fizzy on the tongue with a light to medium bitter finish. Overall a decent beer.

Tap in The Pub, Orlando 20th November 13. Excellent IPA, very drinkable, citrus and pine and easy to session. Had 2 Hearted after this, 2 Hearted is better IMO. Have a bottle to try also

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Perfect go-to IPA. Citrus and piney armor that is not overpowering. Light golden to straw color with a nice white head. Good carbonation and crisp mouthfeel. Good mix of bitterness and malts without dipping into the hoppy pale ale category. Goes well with food and not a palate wrecker.
