3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20Botte. The pour was a light clear golden amber with a slight yellow hue and an average sized (1-2 finger) white frothy head that pretty much lasted throughout and had excellent clingy fluffy lacing.
The aroma had a moderate dose of grass and pine hops, a light grain malt and a moldy yeast and had decent notes of caramel and citrus (grapefruit and orange).
The taste was light, sweet and hoppy with a notes of caramel and orange at first and finished a bit bitterer with a nice touch of citrus at the end. The flavor lasted only a short time with the taste fading rather quickly after the swallow.
Mouthfeel was just a bit past light in body with a dry yet watery texture and a semi lively carbonation.
Overall a nice light, refreshing and tasty IPA, a brew that one could definitely drink quite a few of.

Strong pale roasted hop aroma, clear bronze color, mild lace. Citrus hop taste. Appears stronger in alcohol than is. More hop.

Bottle. Poured light amber clear with white head. Light hoppy aroma. Quite smooth sweet floral taste. Very pleasant.

Drought. Pale yellow with small whitish foamy head, nice hoppy aroma, hint of lavender, very balanced hoppy taste, long finish. Very nice IPA indeed!

One of my favorite IPA's if not beers in general. Light and refreshing. Taste of grapefruit, and very crisp and hoppy. Good color and head and excellent lacing. Easy to find, and at 6% abv. makes for a great session brew. A great IPA.

Taster at brewery. Poured as clear golden, light head with minimal lacing. Crisp, clean, and delicious with excellent hop aroma and flavor.

Pours a very light clear amber with medium head. Exactly what it IPA should look like. Nice pine and citrus aroma. Very good balance love the Simcoe hops. One of my favorites.

Pours a bright golden color with a decent amount of carbonation and a big, white head that leaves a lot of lacing. Strong grapefruit presence was there right when I opened the bottle, and maybe some orange and various tropical fruits are added when I gave it a good whiff. Very fruity and hoppy on the tongue, with no noticeable malt flavors coming through. Light to medium bodied, with not too much bitterness to keep this one from not being sessionable. One dimension to this one, but a very good session beer for hop heads.

Draft beer, the hops are amazingly present, making for a very pleasant experience. Strongly recommened.
