Flavorful, strong, good bitterness. Doesn’t carry enough lingering finish and not among the best of Dogfish.

My 100th IPA- I can’t believe I haven’t had this one! 12 oz. bottle served in a shaker- poured a transparent light copper with brown shading color, head consists of several frog eyes surrounded by a wafer thin white head and solid ring about the vessel that laced extremely well upon the vessel. Aroma of light hops (pine mostly) and caramel. Hits the mouth with an even medium body, malt is only lightly coated with caramel, middle has and even hop crescent, finish is only lightly acidic and pleasant. Nice to get this one in finally- can only imagine what it tastes like on tap!

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from World Beer Market, bottled in June? Pours a nice orange-gold, clear with tiny bubbles, low white head. Pine resin and candy-orange aroma, light honey and malt. Flavour is quite sweet, pine and floral hop notes sit back and let malt sweetness come through. Reasonably light body for an IPA, light chewy middle and a moderate bitterness with lingering pine and caramel. Good refreshing IPA, balanced in that east coast way. I could drink many in a session and not get bored in the slightest.

0.355l bottle. Slightly hazy orange body, thick and lasting white head. Aroma of toast, caramel, pine, grapefruit, orange zest and some grapes. Taste of caramel, toast, grapefruit, pine, grass and lemon zest. The bitterness is not aggressive at all. Quite balanced brew. Very nice.

Pleasant hoppy nose, citrus-forward, especially orange with touches of pine at the end. Cloud golden pour with moderate foam. Medium body. Tasty combination of hop bitterness that favors the citrus but does not neglect the resiney notes. Definitely a go-to IPA.
