5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
This is a unique classic. It has hints of juicy citrus some berries and the malty coffee notes. That berry citrus really comes through in the taste with a piney bitter finish. The juicy quality to it makes you want to keep having another sip. You also get that same smelling similar to coffee heavy malt smell in the taste. Not to say this is heavily malted its just extremely balanced but with still an amazing hop flavor and bitterness. They definitely arent skimping at all on this one and this is a go to IPA for me when I cant decide on anything else that day.

Pours a nice clear gold color with nice lacing and head retention. Has a mild lemony, piney aroma and tastes the same with a subtle bitter finish. This is a good beer to which all IPA’s should strive to be.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Very grassy in both aroma and flavor. Not much by way of hop flavor in this one. Little by way of head, seems a bit watery in the body as well. Kind of lackluster, actually.

A 1 oz pour from a taster’s table. Poured a nice amber with off-white head, floral nose. Good hoppy flavor, but with a nice malty aspect as well. Kind of thin and off-balance mouthfeel to me though.

Blonde dorée. Bien amère. Houblonné à souhait. Fruité et florale. Bien équilibré. Finale sèche. Bonne bière de soif pour moi.

355ml bottle at Beer Station. Xiamen. Pours hazy golden with a slowly dissipating white head. Aroma of citrus and pine with mango. Bitter finish.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bright copper beer with a medium fizzy white head. Musky nose of grapefruit, pine resin, and new mown grass. Flavor is bright with citrus hops that coats the tongue in flavors of resin and orange pith, but is not overpowering in its bitterness. A subtle sweetness shines through from the malt, which balances the flavor profile. A good IPA for those new to IPAs (if there are any left).

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Wanted the 90 minute DIPA but this will have to do. Smells great - sweet malt, hops and earthiness suggest how sessionable this beer will be. Pours a golden color; looks like many commercial mass-produced beers except for a white pillowy head of foam. Tastes amazing, with citrus hops that are not overpowering, just refreshing. Overall a great and unique IPA. I could drink a 6 pack of this on a hot summer day. Oh how I wish I could get this in St. Louis.

Tremendous IPA. One of the purest IPAs I’ve ever had. Its crisp and fresh with a golden appereance and decent aftertaste.
