3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
750ml bottle for 10 bucks. Huge aroma of piney and citrus hops. A little malty in the backbone, maybe a little maple syrup in there as well but not much. Taste is similar but with the malt coming more to the forefront. A nice lasting bitterness on the back end Body is above medium with a thick texture and quite sticky mouthfeel. Above average carbonation too. This is a pretty good but not amazing offering from DFH.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Nice brew from dogfish head. Pours a hazy darkened yello, with some good head. Taste is pretty malty, sweet, with a good deal of hops. But it is not too intense in the the nose either. Bitter, and good, middle body. Has a bit of oak character, but that might be me tripping. Very nice beer!

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Long Island, NY - 750mL. bottle poured a hazy burnt orange colors with fluffy slightly off-white head and moderate lacing. Aroma was hoppy with a hint of maple. Taste is initially malty sweet followed by a tangy hop burst finished off with a tinge of honey and floral. Very balanced brew but very similar to the 60 minute IPA

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Slightly darker amber color, moderate head, decent lace/retention. Aroma is citrus, maple, caramel, grapefruit. Medium bodied, moderate to low bitterness. Maple flavor with malts play a large role as both the 60 and 90 minute offerings aren’t hop bombs by any standard. It’s ok.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Cloudy rustic gold with a pillowy rocky white head. Nose is quite leafy and herbal hoppy, a big bit of resin, and crushed up maple leaves. Super delicious flavor with a subtle touch of maple throughout, but holds up a ton of resiny leafy hops, smooth earthy sweet caramel, and a wee bit of floral pine.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bomber. Hazy light orange pour with a massive foamy white head. Aroma of citrus and vanilla. Sticky sweet finish, missed the maple but a great IPA.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Didn't really notice the maple, but it was delicious nonetheless. Beautiful in the glass, with a thick head and lacing. Solid, approachable flavors. Terrific beer

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured from a bomber. Lots of head. Both beers poured from the bottle foamed over. Nice hazy orange color. Very citrusy smell. Small amount of malt in the aroma, but no sweetness. Just finished a 90 minute before trying this, and 75 minute is definitely smoother. Lots of citrus flavor. Maybe some smoothness from the maple, but not much maple taste. Overall, this is better then 90 minute.

Poured amber with a small white head. Aroma of soft tropical fruit and some floral hops. Medium body, flavour of grapefruit, pineapple and mango, lovely beer.

3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured from a bomber into some weird tulip like glass. Basically, what you need to know about this beer is this: you aren't getting any maple in the flavor. I tried long and hard to convince myself it was there but eventually had to give up. Here is the other thing you need to know: it doesn't really matter. This is still an excellent beer. It has the brightness and sweetness of 90 minute but with a smoother, mellowed edge. I still prefer 90 minute, but this might be my second favorite DFH IPA.
