3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
750 ml bottle purchased at Total Wine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The pour is a hazed orange golden copper with a well formed 2 inch off white head that falls slow with nice lace. The aroma is citrus with some grain sweetness and then finishes with a bit of bitter citrus peel. The taste is initially harsh grass dry floral hop along with some of the citrus peel bitterness of the nose. The beer then opens up towards the maple syrup malt grain sweetness. The palate is medium bodied, active carbonation and a dry earth lightly bitter and sweet finish. Interesting enough.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
From bomber (.75l).
Pours an impressive amber with 3 finger white head. Hoppy aroma that is not citrusy (seems odd as most hoppy beers have a powerful citrus component). The maple seems to be very subdued... until that 2nd taste. Interesting intersection between hops and maple. Not a flavor reminiscent of pancake syrup, more of a throttle on the bluntness of a strong hoppy beer.
It will be a rough job, but I will force myself to finish this bottle... No, that's OK... I'll mange it by myself.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
750ml bottle poured into my ipa glass. Pours a slightly hazy golden orange color with a thick fluffy foamy head that leaves great lacing. Smells of pine, citrus, maple, and caramel. Tastes of all the same things in the smell withthe maple most noticeable in the backend. Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and silky with great carbonation and a semi dry finish. I can definitely notice the mix of 60 and 90 minute ipa. This is very complex with the addition of maple syrup. It took almost 2 years to get my hands hands on this because it always went fast. It was definitely worth the wait.

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
This beer is one of my all time favorites. The smell, taste, and aftertaste are amazing. The picture on the label is also pretty cool. I have been waiting to get my hands on another one for far too long. Its hard to find in my little town and the brewery is far away. Regardless, my next encounter with the 75 minute IPA will be a pleasure.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bomber from Arminettis. Pours a foamy orangey copper with a white head leaving nice streaks of lace. Aroma has stone fruits, grass and citrus. Taste is of sweet fruits, bitter grapefruit and some caramel backbone. Probably some honey. Medium bodied and dry. Finishes nicely bittersweet with some length. Better than the typical DFH offering, with a nice IPA blend occuring.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
22 Oz Bomber. The beer pours to a deep amber / copper color to it with a thick white head. The aroma is floral with a slight sweetness to it. The taste is a medium body with a clean finish. Overall not as good as 90 minute but a good IPA.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: SEP 27, 2013 Bottle on 8/1/2013. Huge maple smell on the nose, more subtle on the palate. Not too hoppy, not too sweet. Nice balance. Would definitely grab this again.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours hazy and orange amber. Has golden hues and a fat head of off white foam, fine and soft that wonít fall ever. Leaves a thick layer on top. There is some streaming effervescence coming up from the bottom. The lacing is outrageous. Thick , wet glorious lace. Sticky sheets of it that just sit on the side of the glass.
Nose is sensational with sweetness. Lush and layered sweetness. Tropical fruit, orange, orange rind and light caramel. There is a coconut presence overall that is milky and light. You may have to wait until it warms a bit before you fully realize the coconut scent. Thereís some lemon zest to lighten and brighten and a pine that is earthy.
Taste is remarkably soft and sophisticated. You are expecting some kind of fruit blast but itís silky instead. The surprising gentle nature of the sweetness is accented by shy toasted grains. Then, a tartness from grapefruit to excite and remind you that there is a hop presence here.A gentle bitter comes in with the pine. The resin is light, the pine is earthy. The grains are earthy and thereís a light fresh grass. Maple syrup lends a sticky feeling to the body of the beer but itís light and makes you want to lick your lips. Alcohol is a bit warming and it finishes with pine and orange.
This beer was so smooth as not to be believed at first. The hop bitter and grapefruit were softly defiant to the sweetness. Seamless and full without heaviness.
