4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
750 bottle. Nice head which left a nice lacing on the glass. A strong piney, slight grapefruit aroma. Crisp, hoppy, and balanced. Only got the hint of sweetness once this beer warmed up a bit. A nice drinkable IPA.

Honey amber color in the glass with a massive head. The aroma has huge malts up front with some citrus and pine. Also some bread and a hint of sweetness. Taste has maltiness up front which leads the way with a touch of maple sweetness. Also some citrus on the finish. Great beer and well balanced.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
750 ml. bottle- Pours slightly hazy golden with a nice two finger fluffy white head. The aroma is strong hops, resinous, piney, I donít have to even put my nose to the glass to smell them, if there is maple syrup it is overpowered by the hops. The taste is also resinous piney bitter hops, there is a strong malt backbone, I do get the maple mostly in the aftertaste, itís like a wallop of bitterness then a hint of sweetness that follows through the finish. Body is medium, carbonation is kind of high. Overall I liked this, was possibly hoping for more, but was good.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
750 ml bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge off-white head with excellent retention; leaves decorative lacework. Aroma is grapefruity, apples and the maple syrup comes through fairly strong. Unfortunately, the maple syrup doesnít come through as strong in flavor; this tastes like an underwhelming straight IPA for the most part. Doesnít taste too fresh. Highly carbonated with a creamy mouthfeel. Even with these gripes, this still ainít too bad.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bomber from McGeeís. Hazy, orange-gold pour with a rocky white head and leaving heavy lace. Nose is balanced, some malt and some pine hops. Medium body and moderate, fine carbonation. Pine, caramel, walnuts and faint maple. Finish is quite dry and resinous. A choice balance between 60 and 90, with some extras thrown in the mix.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Moderate roasted and caramel for the malt, moderate to heavy pine and orange for the hops, light soap for the yeast, with hints of date and coriander. Head is large, frothy, slightly off-white with thick crusty lacing and is fully lasting. Color is slightly hazy light amber with a orange tint. Flavor starts lightly sweet and moderately acidic, then the long finish is lightly acidic and moderately bitter. Palate is medium, just a little slick with a lively carbonation. Well balanced aromas and flavors in this stringer than average IPA. I didnít get any maple syrup, but maybe thatís mellows it out so nicely.
