3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Explosion of hops just from popping the seal! Big pillowy white head with lots of retention; hazy gold pour. Charred woody maple nose with weighty stagnant hops. Citrus followed by hops followed by sweet burnt malts: weird but not in a all too bad way. Kinda like if Burton collided with Palo Santo...

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with big white head. Aroma of maple syrup, cedar-like wood, caramel, and grapefruity hops. Flavour is a weird mix - doesn’t seem like a mix of 60 and 90 minute qualities - citrus hops and cedar at the beginning, the maple syrup creeps in during the middle, and the finish goes back to the cedar, along with dry hops. Really bland to be honest and massively inferior to the 60 and 90 Minutes.

4.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours a clear golden color with huge white and above average lacing. Aromas of wet basement, leaves, and overall earthiness. Taste is mild bitter, little sweetness, but the maple was really pretty faint. Above average carbonation in this medium bodied beer. Overall, a nice complex beer by DFH. Though the aromas are not real enticing to me, the balance and flavor are wonderful, and it is very smooth drinking.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
bright gold and hazy as hell, voluminous rocky white head, pours like champagne nose is 60 minutes with more grapefruit and floral impact
the maple syrup imparts a distinct barrel aging quality more easily than actually aging, so for a hop forward beer, that is a good strategy. Medium to light body for a big beer. The sweetness is very understated. Love this one.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
750 ml bottle from my friend Chris. Thanks Man! Pours a hazy orange with a big stick white head. The orange is near opaque, which is interesting. Bright hoppy aroma of a lot of leafy and citrus hops. Mild maple syrup sweetness. Flavor is leafy hops with mild citrus. Strong bitterness. Slight sweetness with mild toastiness. Some syrupy sweetness. A bit salty. Medium bodied, finishes long and bitter. Easily the best IPA I’ve had from Dogfish Head in the last two years.

3.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 8/20
I’m a big fan of the 60 Minute and the 90 Minute IPA, and the 75 Minute didn’t let me down. It has a great hoppy palate and is a very drinkable beer.

Bottle to snifter. Looks good and smells pretty good too. Taste is it’s best attribute. The maple syrup is a nice compliment. Mouthfeel is good. A hit on their experimentals.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle: Poured an amber color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and some light lacing. Aroma consists of pine and light citrus hoppy notes with some sweet caramel malt. Taste is a mix between some medium hoppy notes with some citrus and resin notes backed by a solid and a bit too sweet caramelized malt backbone. Body is about average with medium carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Not bad but definitely a bit too sweet which makes me wonder if maple syrup is really bringing anything worthwhile to the mix.
