4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Marheb (1214) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 28, 2012
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 pushkinwow (1371) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 28, 2012
750ml bottle from Watertown Bear World. Hazy yellow/orange with a creamy slightly off white head that leaves a nice lacing down the glass. Very mellow dogfish head IPA aroma - more of the 60 then 90 - lemon and grapefruit, some resin, along with an underlying sweetness with some maple present. Smooth, creamy, moderate high carbonation, slightly thin body, bitter sweet with maple and the hops combining to create an interesting palate. Dries out, alcohol is well hidden, but lacks the depth of the 90.
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 keanex (830) - Atco, New Jersey, USA - MAR 28, 2012
Poured into a Duvel tulip glass from a 750ml bottle with a smudged date, but it’s from the first batch and it’s fresh.
A: Hazy amber body with a very active pour creating a towering white rocky foamy head even with a gentle pour.
S: Pine and orange bitterness with a very slight maple sweetness. Rather tame, slightly sweet.
T: Slightly sweet maple up-front into a moderately bitter pine and grapefruit hops and finishes with a slightly sweet maple. Hops linger for a bit.
M: Medium bodied with a lot of soft carbonation that sharpens up at the end.
O:Solid rendition of two favorites with a twist. This beer paired well with a maple bacon cheddar accenting the maple in the beer.
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 msante79 (2127) - Mount Prospect, Illinois, USA - MAR 27, 2012
750ml bottle from Beverage World. Pours slightly hazed dark orange with white head. Aromas of grassy hops, nice citrus, light pine, and some sweet malts. Flavors of muted pine and citrus, grassy hops, and somemae syrup. Carbonation was bright and was easy drinking. Not a huge fan of the 60 or 90 from what I remember, but this was solid.
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 SphinxTX (2859) - Mata Gorda, Texas, USA - MAR 27, 2012
750 ml bottle from Kegs & Barrels in Plano, TX. Pours a hazy yellow/orange with very fluffy white head. Aroma is very citrusy floral with notes if grapefruit and pine with nice fruity esters and maltiness. Flavor is much the same with a citrusy tang, light sweetness and nice, aggressive but balanced bitterness. Medium mouthfeel with medium-high carbonation. Overall, great brew!
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 jmikolich (1138) - North Ridgeville, Ohio, USA - MAR 27, 2012
750mL? bottle? from North Court beverage, pour yields a ginormous white fluffy head, taste is precisely a blend of 60 and 90 minute, which unfortunately I’d prefer just 90 min by itself.. i really couldnt find the maple here.. i tried and looked but missed it.. so i was left with just an IPA.. oh well still tasty.
2.4 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 dcschiller (2033) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - MAR 26, 2012
(750ml bottle from Total Wine Henderson). Pours copper/amber color with fluffy eggshell head. Aroma is green hops, oak, and something putrid? Taste is malt forward with some bitterness. Watery. Not getting much from the maple here. I’m pretty shocked at how little I like this. Just. Not. Good.
3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 ddemmingjr (597) - Chagrin Falls, Ohio, USA - MAR 26, 2012
750ml bottle: pours hazy orange with thick, 2 finger head that sticks on the glass and goes nowhere. Really appealing. fruity peach, citrus, pine are subtle earthiness on the nose. more mineral, earthy tones, grassy malts, maple sweetness once on the palate. mild bitterness considering 60 and 90 are mixed in there. The dry-hopping produced less resinous hop tones that I actually think makes this more balanced. pleasant and drinkable
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 MadRobin (1061) - Silver Spring, USA - MAR 26, 2012
Poured from 22 oz. bottle.
Pours a sparkling golden amber with a HUGE frothy read that lingers. Excellent lacing.
Aroma: Piney, citrusy hops with a hint of malt underneath. Some light fruit.
Taste: Citrusy and fruity. Orange zest. Just a hint of malt. Bitter, but not overly so.
Medium body with light carbonation.
A very pleasant, easy to drink beer despite its 7.5% ABV. Quite far from what I expected in a 60/90 Minute hybrid. Still, very tasty.

750 mL bottle from SoHo Organic Market in Elizabeth City, NC. Dark orange pour with a huge off-white head. Aroma of roses, Earth, and wet grass. There are hints of the maple syrup in the flavor but mostly this is floral hops and grapefruit rind. I don’t think this is as good as 60 Minute and certainly not as good as 90 Minute but it is still a good IPA.
