4.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
This was one of the best beers I have ever had. I was totally surprised by it. It looks amazing in the DFH signature glass. Golden bubbly IPA with about 4 fingers of white head. Very delightful and refreshing IPA. The sweetness from the syrup is evident and it perfectly complements the hop bitterness from the 60-90 blend. I will get this anytime I can find it.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle poured into snifter. Pours hazy amber, thin white head, lots of sticky lacing. Aroms is malt, caramel, grapefruit. Taste follows nose with citrus, hops, and a malty richness joins a clean mouthfeel. This isnít too dissimilar from their 60 Minute IPA and I donít detect much, of any, maple syrup as advertised. Decent beer but not unique.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
750 ml. capped bottle. Pours a thick, tiny bubbled, ivory head, with extensive sea foam lacing over a hazy, light amber (SRM 9) body........nose, grain, light caramel from the malts, hops give pine, citrus peel, light floral, syrup adds sugar tones,....taste, toasted tones, with light grain from malts, pine, citrus, floral, herbal notes, hints of pineapple (? older bottle) from the hops, minimal esters, light maple tones, minimal sweetness, finishing is a moderate almost soft bitterness.....mouth feel medium, slightly sticky, alcohol hidden, carbonation gives a light acid finish. This is obviously an IPA, even with the mild experiment of syrup and cask. The syrup was either used with a light hand, or the yeasts ate it all up because the sweetness was quite typical for a heavier IPA. It is not the trite IPA with toffee/caramel, pine, citrus peel, dominating in both aromas and flavors, but it is not far off from that genre. Let this warm, as the hops then really show up. 3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Aroma is pleasant with hints of maple syrup, but it could be more prevalent. A mild IPA with a sweetness from the maple syrup. Solid beer.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy deep orange pour with a decent mostly white head.
Aroma of citrus hops, caramel, malt.
The flavor is fully bitter with a solid malt support.
Not any better or worse than their 90 minute, just a different shaped bottle with a different label and a higher price tag.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a fairly thick pillowy white head on it. Nose is light and definitely hoppy, with some nice floral and grassy notes coming through. Taste is decently bitter, but has an almost toasty and gritty finish. Quite pleasant until the finish.
