3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
3/24/12. 750mL bottle. Slightly hazed copper pour with a HUGE khaki head that sticks around forever and laces a ton. Bold hop aroma, plenty of citrus, fresh citrus at that, with clean cut grass and a touch of sweetness. Nice hoppy flavor as well - lemon peel and grass with a solid malt body and a definite maple kick that is subtle but there... it adds an almost roasty sweetness to the mix. This is one of their best beers in awhile if you ask me. Ta Henket and Noble Rot? Skip it - Iíll have more of this!

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: MAR 31, 2012 Bomber with "Bottled in 2012" stamped on the bottle. Ok....but how about giving us at least the month if not the day?
Pours out a hazy copper-orange color with a ton of carbonation bubbles dancing around inside the glass. It boasts a towering head thatís over 3 fingers tall following a medium-light pour. Needless to say, thereís a plenty of lacing all over the glass.
Iím getting a good amount of toasted caramel malts in nose. Also worth mentioning...brown sugar, pine resin, earthy notes, and wet grassy hops.
Taste: Nice combination of hops and sweet malts at the forefront. Carbonation scrubs and massages the tongue and is accompanied by a pleasant wet-hop bitterness. Iím getting some earthy flavors about midway, but not as much as the nose would have indicated. Very balanced all of the way through, as just about all of the above flavors linger on through the finish.
Medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation.
An above average and somewhat unique Ipa overall.
Moreyís Bottom Line: I canít speak for the other two member of triple B, but Iíve never been in love with 60 or 90 minute. But, this 75 combines the best of both worlds. Itís brewed with a touch of maple syrup which adds to flavor and feel of this beer. Good stuff.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle thanks to Jay for holding on for me. Pours orange amber with a thick off white head. Nose/taste of maple, caramel malt, peach, light pines, citrus and fresh grassy hops. Medium body. Finishes slightly dry and bitter. Well balanced.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bomber pours a lively dark amber with a huge rocky head. Floral aromas of hops grapefruit pine and some maple syrup very layered. Flavor starts bitter with hoppy grassy flavors but moves to the sweet side at the end with a maple pine flavor. Body is full and astrigent finishes well with hints of syrup.

Pours golden orange with a huge white head. Bold hoppy aroma, citrus, resin, caramel, maple. Balanced hoppy flavor with maltier notes as it warms. A bit too much carbonation. Very good IPA

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
25.4 oz bottle with cool raised sharks just below the neck. Almost clear olive orange yellow with a meringue head that slowly collapses over 10 minutes leaving sheets of lace. Nose is pineapple, orange, musty pine, maple and toffee. Resiny and quite substantial with foamy carb and a slight sting. Taste is orange and maple, citrus peel and nectarine. Peppery finish with some bubblegum. Yummy.

4.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Aroma- honey, citrus, floral hops, honey, maple sweetness
Appearance- hazy soft orange with a massive, pillowy white head and an insane amount of lacing
Taste- soft hop punch followed by a syrupy sweetness, more bitter hops follow, then a citrus sweetness, aftertaste is a nice blend of maple and lingering hop bitterness
Palate- great mouthfeel, slick coating and nice carbonation
Overall- Very nice brew from Sam and the boys at DFH. It fits perfectly between 60 and 90 and is distinctly hoppier and sweeter then 90. However, this, to me, should really be a more consistent release in 12 oz bottles rather then the diesel bottles. Superb IPA.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: NOV 9, 2012 Pour out of 750 mL bottle is hazy orange-red with big thick white head, lacing and lasting for a long time, at least 3-4 fingers worth, lacing fairly well. Aroma has some notes of lemon, biscuit, some pine and grass notes, little to no maple syrup but a bit light on the nose, with a slight mineral note as well. Taste is completely different however, some nice grapefruit and orange notes with a big maple syrup note in the middle, some slight caramel, finishing fairly sweet but with a slight lemony bitter.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a slightly hazy golden orange with a massive white head and tremendous lacing. Appearance is top notch. Smell is slightly subdued orange peel and pine hops with some caramel sweetness. Mo maple though. And not an in your face aroma. Taste is more smooth citrus with the maple actually making an appearance. Not my favorite IPA but interesting in itís own right and just a really nice beer overall.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
750 ml bottle, stamp on bottle says bottled in 2012D 14:52. Served in a nonic pint glass, the beer pours a hazy dark gold color with a couple inch frothy off-white head. The head stays around a very long time, and thereís a good amount of lacing left on the glass. Aroma is nice, it smells like citrusy (orange peel, tropical fruit, grapefruit) and pine hops, and caramel and sweet malt. It tastes just like the aroma, like citrusy and pine hops, caramel and sweet malt. I didnít notice any maple when I first started drinking this brew but once I let the beer settle for a while, the maple did become noticeable in both the aroma and flavor (but it wasnít strong at all). Mouthfeel/body is medium, itís creamy and slick with high but soft carbonation. I think this is a good overall beer. I have another bottle that Iím going to age for a while to see how it changes. Definitely worth a try at $7.99 a bottle.
