[3499-20101203] Cask. Fresh citrus hops aroma has specific notes of orange and lemon citrus. Hazy, light brown orange body with quick bubbles. More fresh hoppy orange and lemon drops in the flavour. Medium body is fairly bitter as it goes along. Delicious!

Cask Pours orange with an off white head. Fruity and citric hoppy aroma with some sweet malty notes. The flavor has citric and floral hops with lightly sweet malty notes. Pretty good.

This has a bright copper color wiht a good white head, lacing is extremely good in this brew. this is much like a mixture between a 90 minute and a 60 minute brew which is also dry but not to dry. the amroma is very much citurs, with some malty sents, while the taste is hoppy but of a milder tone, (not so harsh like ipa, which i like). overall this has mildness of hops and sweetness. the body of it is smooth and not very heavy.. could easily drink this one.... 1, i would recommend this one to anyone who likes IPA’s and Pale Ales, plus i would recommend this one to whom like those plus CASKS.

UPDATED: AUG 6, 2012 Had on tap at the Falls Church Alehouse.
A: Beautiful bright copper color with a good head and plenty of lacing as it goes down.
S: Lots of hops. Can definitely tell this is the 60/90 blend, as I’m getting quite a bit of each. Lots of the 60-type hops in addition to the solid malt sweetness of the 90.
T: Citrus hops take the front stage, but the sweet maltiness is definitely there, and doesn’t let the hops get too overpowering.
M: Light-to-medium body with a good amount of carbonation. Not much alcohol to be tasted.
D: Incredible--much, much better than either two of its component parts. I’ll be blending quite a few of these at home for myself in the future.

Cask. Woha, Paint thinner aroma. Flavor follows, flat, fusel alcohol, honey sweet, really seems like it should be removing paint, abrasive pine, hard to swallow. Utterly confused, hand me a regular 60 please.

Served on cask at Hamilton’s during SDBW. I wasn’t expecting to see this brew in SD but low and behold here it is. The appearance is a pale flat golden yellow hue that is cloudy. The aromas are full of apricots, mango, tangerines, very fruity. The flavors follow the nose with the tangerine and mango some oak notes. The mouth is really creamy but very lightly carbonated. A bit syrupy at times. Overall a solid brew.

I had this beer a while back and from what I can remember I enjoyed it. I’ve had this at the pub/brewery so it was fresh.
Nothing special about it is popping into my head at the moment.

UPDATED: OCT 21, 2010 Ok first off, I can’t tell if I like it better than the 90 min (It’s that good). Nice orange hazy pour with an amber hue. Fresh leafy hops tickle my nose while the citrusy, lemon, grapfruit and pine juices warm my soul. My God I love beer!
