3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a semi-opaque ruddy orange. Nice head retention. Smells wonderfully hoppy: floral, resiny. Yum. Creamy mouthfeel, fine carbonation. Interesting flavor profile: standard (though well executed) ipa notes of bitterness, resin and some malt underneath, but rounded off by a gentle sweetness. Honestly not a great deal of maple syrup flavor. Canít complain though since his ipa is so well made.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Snifter from bottle. A: very aromatic, citrus, coriander, slight alcohol. App: hazy golden color with a very nice frothy, white head. Disperses at a medium rate but leaves a very nice white film the entire beer through. T: powerful hop character up front, with pine, slight citrus and a nice bite in the back that smooths out with a malty/alcoholly/sweet finish. Dish lingers profoundly for around 15-20 seconds. P: very bubbly, pretty crisp, smooth at the back.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
A decent beer. Aroma was nice. Strong hoppy aroma with grapefruit rind and toffee predominant. Pour was a nice medium gold with a big pillowy 3 finger head. Taste was alright. I was hoping for some more hops, but that maple syrup is strong enough to interfere with it. It comes off as toffee and not sweet enough to call the beer sweet. Itís a bitter hoppy beer with the maple syrup/burnt toffee flavor coming up the sinuses for an aftertaste. Nice strong carbonation. Nice beer

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
750 ml bottle of let down. Poured a hazy orange/amber under a huge frothy long lasting mostly white head. Aroma of dry citrus zest, crusty bread, dry wood, very light maple notes. Palate is average to fuller with stronger carbonation, almost chewy, dry and bitter finish. Flavor of dry wood, grassy hops, bread, hint of old maple, dry wood. This was not worth the $9.99 price tag.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottled in 2012B, served into an over sized wine glass at around 50 degrees. Iíve always wanted to try this on tap/firkin/cask/etc so I was stoked when I heard this was getting bottled a few months ago.
A - Golden/amber clear body. Massive fluffy white head that lasted forever. Loads of lacing and retention.
S - Piney hops, light grapefruit and sweet caramel malts. The aroma is very sweet and different from 60 and 90 minute. Picking up some subtle maple and toffee notes.
T - There is some grapefruit and pine, but this is all about the sweetness. Finish is bitter with some maple and mineral notes. This is...unique. Mouth feel is excellent. Smooth and full bodied with a ton of carbonation.
O - Glad to have finally tried this beer. This has all the pros of 60 and 90 minute. Piney and sweet with a nice maple finish. I liked this beer a lot. If it were in 4/6 packs I would probably never buy their other IPAís again.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
75 in a 750 bottle. Huge off white head. Pale color with an orange tint. Hazy. Interesting. I would consider this a 2 hour cigar beer. Go outside wih the bottle and enjoy yourself. Less bitter than expected most likely from the sugar. Not bad but not worth going out of your way to get.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
(Bottle) Foggy orange straw body with huge white head, stiff peaks. Aroma of straw, citrus peel. Medium body, chewy. Medium sweetness and hops, not as bitter as I suspected; grapefruit. Maple syrup comes through in the aftertaste just a little.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
750 ml bottle shared with my buddies.
It pours a hazy golden orange with a frothy yellowish white head.
The smell is mostly malty. There is a nice grapefruit tinge but mostly pleasant grains and some caramel.
The flavor is nice. A mixture of really good malts and a good bit of hops. I am not a fan of the 60 but not the 90, this one is better than either.
A nice one.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured from 25.4 fl. oz champagne bottle - Hmmm...okay, this is sort of different than the other DFH IPAs, but not really. Probably a beer that doesnít need to be produced--considering the 60 and 90 minute varieties should suffice--but pleasantly citrusy and dry never-the-less. If maple syrup is present, I can barely detect it! I would probably appreciate a little more it! Probably does impart some smoothness to the palate. Iím left with indifferent feelings about this one.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
pours a hazy orange brown with a large frothy head. Aroma of hops and more hops on top of the hops. Taste is slightly malty only for a second followed by multiple layers of hop. The end is dry which I like but the carbonation is very high so itís a push. After drinking the first third the malt starts to come through. Thanks to bro in law brad for the bottle!
