COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Johnny Cask has entered the building! Weíve retrofitted a 15 barrel tank to perfectly produce a very special cask conditioned ale (so, we have a little time to play around during winters at the Delaware coast). This beer, known as Dogfish Head 75 Minute IPA is a blend of 60 and 90 Minute IPAs with a special whole leaf cascade dry-hopping session. Post-hopping the beer gest transferred into firkins and dosed with fresh yeast and maple syrup from the ole family homestead (actually the first batch will be re-fermented with maple syrup from the farm up the road from ours since ours wonít be ready until late March.

Only the ratings for bottles and single-cask pours of this should be rated. The 50/50 blends of 60 and 90 where they come from different taps are not rateable, and do not belong here.

hops on the nose and taste. A bit of oak and carmel. I didnt taste the maple syrup that they claim is burried in there. But it does have an underlying sweetness. To me it tastes like a blend of every other dogfish IPA - 60,90, burton and squall.

From 24oz bottle to snifter. Pour is a deep haxy yellow with a thick white head. Nose is super hoppy, alcohol, piney, floral. Taste is medium-heavy, very bitter with touches of sweetness coming through. Awesome mouthfeel, finishes very crisp. Unreal ipa

This beer pours a hazy golden orange color, with a lot of sediment floating around, with a thick creamy white head that stuck around and left some great lacing around the glass. This beer is heavily carbonated and has lots of streaming bubbles coming up the glass. The aroma reminds me of the 60 and 90 min ipaís. I pick up pine, citrus, hop resin, and quite a bit of sweetness which I am assuming is from the maple syrup. In the taste, I pick up some citrus up front that leads into some bitter pine hops and resin oil. I pick up the maple syrup towards the end and in the aftertaste. I was expecting this to be more of a hop bomb but its not, I was quite surprised. The maple syrup really sweetens out the beer. This beer is very tasty and very well balanced, Iím really enjoying it. The mouthfeel is on the medium side and drinkability is super high. I highly recommend anyone to try this.

A Christmas present from Maxbier. Pours cloudy bronze color with a huge thick foamy off white head that rises 2 inches above the glass. You can tell itís bottle conditioned from the pop sound the bottle makes when opened. Sweet caramel malty aroma with yeasty bready flavor and a earty pine hop finish. Thick sweet malty start with the earthy maple syrup flavor. Finishes with a nice pine hopiness. The sweetness from the maple syrup really balances out the hops. Really nice! Cheers to Maxbier!

Prefer tap to bottle which does not maintain flavor. Just had a pour at Unoís in Maple Shade. Iíve had better but I love this beer and have since 2011.

From the bigger-than-bomber bottle this pours a clear golden body with a big foamy, bubbly head. The aroma is strong with citrus hop scents - pink grapefruit, tangerine, zest - and perhaps a hit of pine. The flavor begins with a light cereal sweetness and a touch of caramel. This is soon surpassed by hop tastes reflective of the nose. The bitterness level is strong, but not as intense as what I was looking (hoping?) for. It finishes with a soft sweetness and a prolonged zesty bitterness. Iíll be having more.

Slightly hazy straw color with a nice foamy white head. Highly carbonated. Itís an IPA alright. Prominent hop bite, but not as overpowering as some. Grapefruit, pine. Itís a bit more fruity and tart than expected. Decent malty finish making it more balanced than expected.

22oz bottle poured into a tulip glass. The 75 Minute IPA pours a beautiful cloudy tangerine orange with a thick frothy beige head that lasts a good while. The aroma is citrus, maple syrup, floral and a bit of bread. The flavor is citrus, maple syrup and bread. Overall this is a very delicious brew that is hop forward yet still well-balanced.
