4.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20 obxdude10 (1831) - Pottstown, USA - JUN 18, 2010
I’ve been waiting for a long time to sample this brew! I was finally in Rehoboth when DFH offered on their handpump. My wife was enough kind enough to allow us to stop in for one on our anniversary. And man, was I not disappointed! The 75 Minute is awesome! It pours a cloudy orange color with a very thick white head. The head leaves a beautifully tiered cascade down the sides of the glass. The body of the 75 Minute is so smooth and drinkable. I could have sat there all night and drank this beer. But like I said, it was my anniversary; I was lucky enough just to be there for one pint. I wasn’t going to press my luck! The nose was full of hops, with lots of citrus and a hint of malt. The flavors were incredibly delicious, with a smooth tone of spicy and dry hops, along with some hints of bread and malt. The finish was dry, hoppy and spicy, with some smooth notes of bready malts. This beer was definitely worth the wait! Hopefully I’ll be lucky enough to enjoy this masterpiece again!

Smells pretty good. Looks great. Very bubbly, with a bit of creaminess appearance almost. A bubbly and lofty yet slight cream mouthfeel as well. This is pretty darn good. Even more enjoyable than the 90 perhaps.
4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 rejtable (486) - Ontario, CANADA - MAY 26, 2012
Pours golden yelow with a huge thick foamy head that dissipates to a nice light frothy cover. Massive lacing as well. Nose is earthy with some barnyard. Up front in the mouth is mosty malty sweet, maybe a hint of apricot and some citrus. Finish is slightly bitter, but no big hop bomb for sure. Body is medium to light with strong carbonation. Nice one.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Scopey (1659) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 26, 2012
Bottle at Abraxas lounge, Miami Beach. It pours golden yellow, with a massive, long lasting white head. The nose is fresh pine, lots of sherbet, citrus pith and a touch of dough. The taste is sherbet, orange, tangerine, pine, dough, resin, raw hop and straw, with a bitter-dry finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and velvety mouth-feel. Well balanced and very easy drinking for the percentage. A very good IPA.

Pours a golden orange with an off white head and sweet aroma of hops and grapefruit. Taste is similar, sweet with flavors of hops, grapefruit, and caramel with a bitter finish. Great tasting and another nice IPA from Dogfish.
3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 jjgmd (296) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - MAY 23, 2012
Pours a hazy golden orange, with a medium to large head. Nose is sweet and citrusy, predominately grapefruit. Nice flavor, moderate bitterness with a sweet ending. Finish is long, nice lacing, and like the taste bitter with a sweet landing. QUAFF SCORE 8 / 10
3.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20 thicksuds (279) - Massachusetts, USA - MAY 23, 2012
No shortage of foam on the pour, heavily carbonated, nice large head as well, very foamy. Well hopped, lacking a bit of the intensity I was expecting, a bit more watered down than I would have thought on the hop end, but still a good beer, very drinkable, very sessionable, awesome for summer. Interesting bc you really can taste the qualities of both the 60 and 90 minutes in the beer.

Capped 750 from Half Time. Pours light golden amber with a 3 finger creamy white head. Aroma is light pitted fruit. Med+ body. Flavor is citrus, light pitted fruit and mild roast malt with a little hint of maple. Guess I’m weak on maple. For me this is dry and hoppy. Finishing that way - though there did seem to be a maple hit for a second or less. This is really good for me. I’m getting a little nutty post-finish thing in my mouth. Or maybe not.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 BeerSquare (25) - - MAY 17, 2012
For me, this one is a case of the whole not equaling more than the sum of the parts.
Love the 60min and 90min (and many others) from DFH, but this one was a little disappointing.
The biggest negative to me was the the heavy, syrupy mouth feel. I don’t understand why it feels thicker in some ways than 90min.
Agree with many that the maply addition is nice. But I can’t see myself buying more of this, whereas I do regularly buy 60, 90, and even 120 (when it’s around).

tons of maple aroma. Golden orange with tons of creamy head. Smooth flavor. Maple isn’t trying to hide but neither are the hips. Fantastic head retention
