3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Drank from a 750 ml bottle served in a short pilsner glass. Very thick, fluffy head and a sweet pleasant hops aroma. Orange with light amber and a bit of cloudiness with a good amount of bubbles. Strong hops flavor with some additional sweetness and complexity that I'm guessing comes from the maple, although maple flavor isn't obvious. Great smooth palate.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Hazy orange-yellow with a big, white head. The aroma has citrus and light pine mixed with syrup and a touch of apricot. It has a medium body with silky smooth texture and good carbonation. The taste bittersweet with a sweeter finish. The high alcohol is there, but well hidden.

Catching up on some old ratings from Untappd -- First rated on 19 Jan 2014. Pretty good, not sure if it’s better than Community’s Mosaic.

4.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
This beer had a little too much maple on the nose for me, I was nervous.
The taste was pretty damn excellent. I am a huge fan of DFH’s 90 and I enjoy the 60 time to time and the 75’s maple taste adds something that puts it on a level closer to 90 minute.
There is a complexity and balance in this which gives it more character than many IPAs in its price range, and the slight maple touch sets it apart from anything else I can recall in this style

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
750ml bottle into a shaker glass; served cold.
Aroma: Orange and grapefruit hops. A teeny bit of sweetness.
Appearance: Somewhat hazy, golden body with a thick, foamy, white head. Quite nice lacing.
Taste: Just the right amount of hops. A bit of malt and sweetness rounds it out. Just nice and well-rounded.
Palate: Medium bodied, high amount of carbonation. Moderate length on the finish, and ends on a gentle hop kiss.
Overall: Quite a fine beer. Well rounded flavors with nice structure. Not overly bitter, but doesn’t skimp on hops.

poured into a tulip glass, large frothy white head continues to stay afloat. small bubbles rise rapidly to the surface. the beer is a beautiful pumpkin orange that is slightly clear.
some caramel notes are present in the aroma, floral hop notes seem to follow with a hop sweetness associated with oranges lingers though, some alcohol finishes out the aroma,
high levels of carbonation take away some of the flavors which would be more present. The bottle i had may be a bit dated. the hop flavor comes off oxidized. some stronger maltyness than thought would be expected.
overall its something i wish i had fresh. thinking of blending 60 and 90 with maple syrup sounds really great. i would have thought some oxidation would have made this taste a bit like aged brown sugga, sadly it did not. i would definitely try this one again. it wasn’t overly complex like so many df beers can be which i enjoyed.
