Bouteille 750ml. De couleur dorée-orangée foncée et légèrement voilée. Nez de houblon fruité (agrumes,léger d’abricots), citrique, moyennement résineux, herbeux aux notes florales et terreuses, de biscuits, léger de caramel sucré avec des traces de sirop d’érable. Moyenne-ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen-doux ainsi qu’Une texture moyennement huileuse et aux notes crémeuses et résineuses. Goût moyennement amer de houblon fruité (agrumes, léger-moyen d’abricots), moyennement citrique, légèrement floral, herbeux et résineux avec des notes terreuses (une amertume présente toute la gorgée) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un goût de biscuits, un léger goût malté de caramel doux aux petites notes rôties avec quelques traces épicées (poivre doux) puis en finale l’amertume de houblon se fait beaucoup plus résineuse et plus herbeuse. Post-goût long-moyen, moyennement amer de houblon résineux, fruité (agrumes et zeste), moyennement citrique et herbeux avec un léger résiduel de malt sucré.

Hops, herbs, and pines come through on the nose. Large two-finger foam with a see through copper body. Intensely bitter hops upfront with a very unique follow through with notes of lemongrass, herbs, cinnamon, maple and creamy molasses. Finish leaves a continuous hop presence accompanied by light alcohol. Overall, this is a nice change of pace. Off sweetness with a pleasant funk overtone.

Palate : smooth with good drinkability/ Soft, delicate carbonation. Medium bodied.
Taste: citrus hops with clean sweet malty base.
Other notes: hefty boldness yet drinkable. Alcohol hidden nicely. Classic American approach.

From a bottle into plastic cup, pre-concert. Pours orange-red and has an aroma of citrus, hops, booze. Flavor is fruity and sweet, but finishes with a bitter oaky maple flavor. Different.

the name says it all when a 60 minute isn’t quite enough and a 90 minute is a little too much , this really fits the bill, nice taste, great cascade hops there, you can taste the maple syrup a bit as well, great complement.

Liquide pêche, totalement trouble, et coiffé d’une intense couche de mousse. Odeurs de pommes, d’ananas et de caramel. Au goût on retrouve du sucre cuit qui laisse peu à peu la place à des agrumes plutôt doux. On pourrait s’attendre à une explosion amère mais il n’en est rien, et c’est bien ainsi : sa complexité, son équilibre et ses saveurs céréalées compensent largement. Une excellente IPA américaine qui représente l’une des meilleures du genre.

Wow! I really enjoyed this beer! It had a few months on the label so I was worried, but wow it was awesome. Lots of hoppy aromaics with mild honey and maple notes that are easily discerned. Loved the taste it match the aromatics well!

Bomber @ Kaj’s. Pours clear amber orange with a lacing off white head. Aroma is malty fruity some tropical fruits caramel a bit grassy. Flavor is fruity malty good bitterness some sweetness.

Poured into a perfect pint.
4.0 A: Lightly hazed yellow orange color. Big three plus fingers of creamy beige head. Retention is pretty good and a good bit of lacing is left.
4.0 S: Nice solid hoppiness on this. Floral, citrusy, and perhaps a touch herbal. Lilac and orange stick out the most with tropical undertones. Bit of spice underneath. Crackery maltiness with light caramel and a moderate, balancing sweetness. Maple syrup is subtle, but does add another layer of complexity. Booze is well hidden.
3.5 T: Taste is good, but comes off as 90 Minute Lite. I’m not a huge fan of the 60 and I like the 90 mainly for the maltiness. This sits about halfway between the two and thus isn’t as malty as I’d like. The maple syrup isn’t strong enough to breath new life into this either. That said, I’ll start the review. Malt forward still with a low bitterness. Light caramel, graham cracker, and bready yeastiness. Floral and citrusy hops with orange leading the way, tropical fruits underneath, and a light pine underneath that. Solid beer and tasty, but nothing special.
4.5 M: Mouthfeel on this works perfectly. Medium body. Velvety creaminess making this super smooth. Yeast adds body without adding chewiness. Goes down far too easy.
3.5 D: No complaints. A well rounded beer that anyone would enjoy.
