COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Johnny Cask has entered the building! Weíve retrofitted a 15 barrel tank to perfectly produce a very special cask conditioned ale (so, we have a little time to play around during winters at the Delaware coast). This beer, known as Dogfish Head 75 Minute IPA is a blend of 60 and 90 Minute IPAs with a special whole leaf cascade dry-hopping session. Post-hopping the beer gest transferred into firkins and dosed with fresh yeast and maple syrup from the ole family homestead (actually the first batch will be re-fermented with maple syrup from the farm up the road from ours since ours wonít be ready until late March.

Only the ratings for bottles and single-cask pours of this should be rated. The 50/50 blends of 60 and 90 where they come from different taps are not rateable, and do not belong here.

Pours a bright orange with a nice white head. It has a mildly sweet piney aroma. It starts smoothly with a delicious hoppy flavor and the maple syrup taste really comes in at the end. An excellent and unique beer.

Pours cloudy orange, big white head. Legs. Aroma us veggie, barley, very clean, not much extraneous smells. Thought I would smell the maple, but I donít. Taste is acidic, citrus, touch of wood or ash. Feel is crisp and alive, though carbonation is only medium. Not a bad beer, but I expected more flavor.

Aroma is citrus and a touch of maple, taste is a caramel malts, citrus hops, and maple if I look for it, this is fine, but cost is a little higher than I would like to pay for this

Hazy orange-yellow with a big, white head. The aroma has citrus and light pine mixed with syrup and a touch of apricot. It has a medium body with silky smooth texture and good carbonation. The taste bittersweet with a sweeter finish. The high alcohol is there, but well hidden.
