May 16, 2009 Pours deep amber with a thick white head. Aroma is dominated by cascade. The flavour is very full and bold. Very hoppy and very bitter. This is a great IPA. It is soo well balanced you would never guess that it was 9%. It has a smooth creamy mouth feel a real pleasure to drink.

May 14, 2009 12 oz. Malty barley, floral hoppy nose. Orange colored with abrupt off-white/tan head dying into a foam ring. Mid-heavy sweet, medium bitter. Medium body, thin feel, light carbonation. Initially sweet into med-long finish. Strong maltiness, hint of honey. Prominent but not overpowering hop taste balanced well by sweet malt. Better than the average Imperial IPA.

May 14, 2009 Bold and malty with almost too much hop. Nice nose and flavor. The only down fall to it is that it is a pallet killer. Reserve this one for the end of the session.

May 13, 2009 Appearance: Pours an amber gold. Let’s about 60% light through. A picture perfect fluffy offwhite head sits atop.
Aroma: Hop notes including fragrances of lemon, orange, pineapple, earth, grass, and pine. Sugary malts are also in the nose as well.
Taste: Starts off with a sweet and bitter, piney mouthful. Then I get a layer of bitter hopping and sticky sweetness. I also found a very small touch of dry buiscuty malts as well after a closer examination.
Mouthfeel: Sticky, thick, and creamy.
Overall: A fantastic Double IPA with awesome aroma, and a flavor that is very unique to the style. I think I could pick out 90 Minute easily in a blind taste test.

Very nice hoppy aroma. Great hop flavor with a bit of malt flavor to balance it.

S-pine hops, grapefruit,resin citrus..
T-what a great taste on this one, bitter pine hops, caramel malt backround..
O-no complaints with Dogfish’s ipa dipa’s are on the money..wish I had another one..
