Esquire Magazine calls our 90 Minute I.I.PA., "perhaps the best I.P.A. in America." An Imperial I.P.A. brewed to be savored from a snifter. A big beer with a great malt backbone that stands up to the extreme hopping rate. This beer is an excellent candidate for use with Randall The Enamel Animal! 90 ibu

A nearly perfect IPA. It smelt incredible, and the flavor was almost just as good. Maybe a little too bitter? That’s about all I can find to say that’s bad about it.

I remember tying this and not liking it, I remember it being overly bitter, with a strange flavor. Tasting it this time, on tap, it was great. Deceivingly light and clear light copper/amber with a thin cream-colored head and nice lacing. Nice aroma of floral hops, lightly herbal, hint of sweetness. Fairly thick, slightly creamy mouthfeel, mild carbonation. Quick bitter citrus bite on the front of the tongue. Quickly followed by a strong floral hop taste, with a little citrus, a hint of caramal and bready sweetness. Very very hoppy, just bitter enough to wake up the tongue, but the hop flavor easily overpowers the bitterness. Hoppy, resiny, lasting finish.

Pours a clear golden amber with a small head that quickly fades to some lacing. Pleasant grapefruity and lightly resinous aroma with some maltiness. Moderate carbonation. Flavor: a burst of tartness is quickly followed by grapefruit with an underlying malty sweetness and notes of dark fruit. This leads into a long finish of citrus peel and bitter herbal notes. Rich but crisp, complex and layered but well-integrated, this is an exquisitely balanced beer and probably my favorite IPA to date.

Creamy expansive caramel-raisiny goodness. Superficially like a richer DFH 60, Brandy-like tones of powerful fruit, aroma and taste buzzing with hops. I pour a DFH-60 as a reference, the 60 is a bit of a mess (I think the shipment got light struck, it has a petrol/match-head flavor problem) Oh well.. this 90 has an almost vanilla-cake quality in there... describe hops as citric. After-aroma of barley. Alcohol not too present in nose but very warming Bottle from Premier.

A very nice color and pour. The head is short lasting but the taste is what makes this IPA. Excellent overall. Expensive, but worth it.

Burnt amber clear pour from a bottle. Balanced malt and floral hoppy aroma. Small off white head low carbonation and good lacing. Full on the palate with citrus & floral taste. Long balanced finish. Great!
