Esquire Magazine calls our 90 Minute I.I.PA., "perhaps the best I.P.A. in America." An Imperial I.P.A. brewed to be savored from a snifter. A big beer with a great malt backbone that stands up to the extreme hopping rate. This beer is an excellent candidate for use with Randall The Enamel Animal! 90 ibu

From bottle. Amber appearance; little head. Sweet nose. Taste is boozy, almost wine-like with nice hop character. Meets Dogfish’s lofty expectations. Recommended.

From 12 oz bottle in tulip glass. Pour is clear amber with a golden touch. Head disappears quickly. Nose is heavy dark fruits with a lot of dough. A bit boozy. In the mouth, it’s an IIPA with a heavy body, a long medium pine bitterness and a huge malt sweetness. Fresh bread and dried apricots. A hint of chocolate is also perceptible. Heavy beer that is surprisingly easy to drink at 9 ABV.

Aroma of a stout. Does have a Dark Fruity taste. Heavy body and finishes very creamy on the pallet. A overall good IPA and probably the best heavy bodied IPA on the market.

Bouteille 355ml. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen-dense.

Putting other IPA's to shame, well balanced and all round perfection. An IPA for any time of year or day. Rich golden colour, almost sweet in flavour with just the right amount of hop at the finish.

Ambrée or-miel, fine mousse blanc-cassé. Carbonation moyenne.

Citrusy hops, quite a lot of caramel, straight forward tropical fruit, grapefruit being the standing out. Very well balanced, not a harsh bitterness, but would be more fruity and more outstanding. Good double IPA.

On tap in pint glass: Pours amber with a thick white head with good retention. Aroma of banana, caramel, and resin. Taste is very well balanced, the malt is present but is not overwhelming due to the strong presence of piney hops. Smooth mouthfeel, medium to heavy body, medium carbonation. Pretty nice beer but still pretty malty.

This is my preferred IIPA. A little sweetness but the citrusy hops balance it well. Not a bitter hop bomb but definitely hop forward. 12oz bottle poured into tulip.
