Pours a clear copper with a huge white head. The aroma is malty, fruity, and floral. The flavor is sweet and malty with floral, citrus, and peach notes. Smooth mouthfeel with a dry finish. Wonderfully well balanced IPA that covers up the 9% abv.

extra from Firemanchris, i was plesantly suprised by this IPA it has a more prenouced malt backbone than what i am used to but yet it worked well with a slight bitter citrus in the background, overall i really enjoyed it and will definitly seek out again

Pours a dark gold color with decent lacing. Smells of malt and maple syrup. Tastes sweet and hippy. Strong aftertaste of alcohol. A very good beer.

Mörkgul med medelstor vit krona. Fyllig doft som doftar klassisk östkust ipa. Smaken är stor kraftfull på gränsen till spritig. Detta var något av en besvikelse. Jag upplever det som att alkoholen tar över allt för mycket.

Bottle from Proof. Pours a coppery-gold-orange. Head was off white but faded under a minute. Good legs and lacing is decent. Collar has large bubbles and very small bubbles that hold together for a medium thickness. Wisps hold throughout. Aroma is resiny and toasty malt, a touch of citrus as well. Taste is that big malt backbone with the hops playing a much smaller role than I remember. I definitely haven’t had this beer in a few years, and my palate has changed considerably. I get some of the resin and citrus in the palate, but it’s mostly a caramel malt sweetness. Mouthfeel is sticky sugar-like, medium body, medium-high carbonation. Slightly boozey.

Incredible citrus aroma. My go-to beer any day of the week. Drinks smoother and smoother the farther into the glass you get.

Tasted from bottle. Pours a deep amber with off white head. Strong citrus, floral and pine aroma. Taste is a very well balanced and complex double IPA. Great caramel sweet malt backbone goes with citrus, pine, molasses notes. Medium bodied with a creamy and sticky mouthfeel. Excellent IPA. One of the best in my opinion. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

a bit too strong in the malt department for my liking. Kind of hangs on you like a wet towel. A little more after taste than your typical double IPA. Enjoyable....but definitely a sipper.
