Esquire Magazine calls our 90 Minute I.I.PA., "perhaps the best I.P.A. in America." An Imperial I.P.A. brewed to be savored from a snifter. A big beer with a great malt backbone that stands up to the extreme hopping rate. This beer is an excellent candidate for use with Randall The Enamel Animal! 90 ibu
Tasting Notes: Brandied fruitcake, raisiney, citrusy.
Food Pairing recommendations: Pork chops, beef, grilled fish, frites, focaccia, split pea soup, Stilton cheese & escargot.

This beer smells fabulous and tastes great. Throw in the 9% alcohol and you have yourself a fabulous beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear light amber body, creamy white head, decent lacing. Aroma is light malt, orange, faint peaches, pineapple. Taste is peach and pineapple, faint citrus, lilikoi, surprisingly low bitterness, and fairly sweet. Body is thick, for an IPA, carbonation fine, moderate. This is delicious and juicy.

Strong taste on the palate. Much more happy than the dogfish head 60. One of my faves.

16 oz draft at Joe Squared at the Inner Harbor location in Baltimore, standard pint glass. Clear golden brown to amber with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, caramel, floral notes. Tastes of citrus, honey, sweet fruit, floral hops. Medium body with a dry finish. Medium carbonation, slightly juicy and syrupy mouthfeel. Doesnít really stand out for me with all of the other better DIPAs/IIPAs available.

Earthy, woodsy aroma. Great golden color. Surprisingly sweet taste, with more wood and floral notes. Very mild bitterness for such a heavily hopped beer. Quite good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Ótima segunda cerveja, deliciosa gelada. Forte e bem característica. Melhor double ipa até agora. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a cloudy dark orange with some rocky white head. Nose is orange marmalade, pineapple juice, caramel, raisin. Flavor is loads of citrus, marmalade, really fresh pineapple juice, with a slight herbaceousness and generous grapefruit on the finish. High side of medium body, standard carbonation, slight sugar coating on your lips as you drink.

Iíve heard so much about it. I got the recipe and made some before I ever tried it. Mine was better. Yes, itís good but not the best IPA out there. Lot of hype. Try Brew Cocky or Maharajah.

Bottle. A- Chex mix, caramel, biscuits, bready, malty, fruitcake, spices, citrus. A- Orange color, clear liquid, white head. T- Caramel, citrus, raisins, spices, bitter, malty, salt, bread. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, smooth finish. O- A goodIPA. I was expecting an aggressive hop profile but it was surprisingly smooth and ungodly complex. There were so many aromas and flavors going on, I could never list them all. Definitely need to try the 60 min and 120 min now.
