Wow, 90 IPA is well balanced. This is one of the few beers Iíve had that has clocked in at 9% that tastes pleasant.

Everything is great about this brew except price and some residual sweetness. Excellent hops in nose and flavor. Some what like seet peach pine cone flavor.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This one really has to be tried to be believed. At first I thought it would be the usually over the top hop bomb that most double ipaís are but it surprised be with how well balanced it is for being both strong in the flavor of the hops which are fruity and sweet the malt is while at the same time covering the big alcohol of this beer. Absolutely delicious and should be the standard for this category.

4.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
An amber colored beer with an off-white, thin head. The aroma is not so intensive, but crispy and soury. The taste is complex, full body; crispy notes with banana and caramel. Very lond and bitter aftertaste.
Itís not the best beer that Iíve ever tasted, but good.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
An impressive imperial beer, worthy of it's reputation indeed. From a bottle, this poured a beautiful and perfect bronzed amber color with a steady white foamy head and strong lacing, a pleasure to observe. This beer just looks like a refined and full flavored beverage. Aroma is appetizing also, strong and flavorful of rich candied apple malt and grapefruit hops, but some alcohol warmth from the high ABV. The taste is layered and complex, caramel malt and fruity sweet malt notes, along with some hoppy resin and tropical citrusy notes. Warming and rich throughout. Medium bodied and smooth, although some alcohol bite along with hoppy bitterness in the finish. Possibly my go-to Imperial IPA, not that I consume this style often. I found this far more enjoyable than Dogfish's renowned 120 Minute mega IPA.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
35 cl bottle @ home. Pours clear golden amber with a white head that leaves a little lacing. Aroma and flavour are resin, pine, citrus, and malt - with a bitter finish.

3.5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Overall great taste. However, the after taste was a bit too bitter for my liking. Nonetheless, I highly enjoyed it.
