Esquire Magazine calls our 90 Minute I.I.PA., "perhaps the best I.P.A. in America." An Imperial I.P.A. brewed to be savored from a snifter. A big beer with a great malt backbone that stands up to the extreme hopping rate. This beer is an excellent candidate for use with Randall The Enamel Animal! 90 ibu

Aroma is malt driven and initially biscuity. There is some candied grapefruit rind and black pepper. Darker amber with gold edges. White head becomes a ring leaving splashy lacing. Bt his beer has great blance, the malt has a presence in the taste, really makes the word imperial seem justified. The hops slide into the taste profile riding a wave of malt. Bouncy citrus hops round out the initial malty biscuit caramel. This behemoth is insanely drinkable.

Bottle 02/03/2014 (6 months old :/ ). Pours the clearest i’ve ever seen in a 9% abv beer. Amber. White, long lasting head. Aroma is pretty sweet and almost white vinous. Citrus, sweet grape fruit and fresh grapes. Taste is sweet, malty, and with a hint of the alcohol, but generally it’s really well hidden. Herbs and faded hops. I bet this beer was great couple of months ago, but the hops are too flat and weak bitter. The body is really nice though, and has a nice medium high carbonation. Really light and easy drinking for an IIPA!

Bottle from february. Pours clear amber with an off White head. Aroma of bitter hops, caramel malts, herbal notes, grass, grapes and a light vinous touch. Taste of grassy hops, herbal notes, caramel malts, medium bitterness and a weak touch of barley wine to it. I would love to consume fresh but this was all I could get.

Bottle shared from Vestergaard and Rasmusott. Thanks guise <’3. From 02/03/2014. Pours a clear dark amber, white small longlasting head. Aromas of slight booze, slighty grassy hops, pretty caramel sweet malty. Kind of orange marmelade-like. Taste is pretty sweet up front, very bitter and pretty boozy finish. Very herby aswell.

De geur is heel lekker. De smaak valt mee voor een IPA. Ik ben geen IPA drinker maar dit is niet slecht

Pours a hazy amber with a nice fluff had. Notes of malt on the nose and just a hint of grassy hops. Taste is a tad sweet at first with a big bitter finish and a huge alcohol sting as well. Pretty good imperial IPA.

shared @ 2nd D/F/CH TriStateRating; aromas of mango, vanilla, orange marmelade, tastewise a great balance of orange-marmelade and mango sweetness and subtle but strong bitterness. Finishes with notes of créme brulée and caramel.

Pours a hazy copper colour with a compact white head. Taste is incredibly well balanced between the malt, hops and alcohol with a clean bitter finish.

A distinctly fruity IPA with a sweeter taste compared to most. There is no distinct hop bitterness compared to others of this genre and it is surprisingly smooth. The main thing that surprised me is the fruity and sweet taste at the forefront that is reminiscent of grapefruit and/or citrus, I didnt think I would like it at first but it grew on me and remained drinkable without leaving a bitter acrid aftertaste. Overall a good job was done with this brew and it remains a well crafted and smoothly drinkable IPA.
