Bottle @ Københavnske Øldage 2007 in Copenhagen. Clear light amber color with a average fizzy good lacing mostly diminshing off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate hoppy, citrus / orange, alcohol. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, very nice balance. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Very nice malt and hop balance ;o))

[Cask at GBBF 2004] A hazy amber beer with no head. The aroma is grassy and hoppy, while the flavor is sweet with primary notes of alcohol as well as lighter notes of hops leading to a very dry end.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Pours a clear amber with a small, off-white head. Some citrus in the nose. Only medium-bodied with some caramel. Soft and citrusy. Hoppy finish but not overly so. OK but not really a great IIPA. 220406

12 fl ox bottle. Pours slight hazy and golden orange with a huge off-white head. Immediate aroma of grapefruite and pine. Solid caramel malt beneath. Flavour is perfectly sweetend with a nice set of fruite note on top, some mild spices appear here and there and there is a little edge og liqourice before the finish. The finish holds clear notes of alcohol, warming, a solid dry bitterness and a lingering fruityness.

Bottled. Orange colour, mediumsized beige foamy head. Wonderful fruitish hoppy aroma with hints of caramel and pumpkin. Rye, honey, caramel, malt and barley in flavour, which all peaks in a nice smooth hoppy finish. Very pleasant and drinkable!

Reddish amber. Flowery, citrusy nose. Full bodied, seet, slightly syrupy mouthfeel, and a late bitterness that just keeps growing. Despite it’s bizarre hop rate it somehow manages to remind somewhat balanced. As usual a very interesting brew from Dogfish Head.

Beautiful copper-amber color, creamy head. Wonderful hop aroma. Explosive; I like it because the maltiness can somehow support the huge hopping. And the fruity character in the nose and palate. Excellent I2PA. Thanks Philippe (Bov) for sharing this bottle.
