Esquire Magazine calls our 90 Minute I.I.PA., "perhaps the best I.P.A. in America." An Imperial I.P.A. brewed to be savored from a snifter. A big beer with a great malt backbone that stands up to the extreme hopping rate. This beer is an excellent candidate for use with Randall The Enamel Animal! 90 ibu

Food Pairing recommendations: Pork chops, beef, grilled fish, frites, focaccia, split pea soup, Stilton cheese & escargot.

One of my favorite IPAís without a shadow of a doubt. The smell is quite pleasant without being too citrusy. Though, the ABV is quite high you donít get the alcohol taste. Very smooth. With an aftertaste that doesnít leave you reaching for some chips. And for being an Imperial IPA it has minimal piney notes. Solid "A"

From 341 ml bottle. Pours a deep but clear orange amber with a small but lasting white head and gentle carbonation. Aromas of tropical fruit, lemon, sweet biscuits, walnuts and a touch of cardamom. Taste is dominated by firm citrus bitterness with lemon peel and grapefruit notes. That gradually slides away to gentler flavours of apple, sweet malt and spice. Lingering spicy aftertaste. Great.

pours a dark murky gold. has a malty nose for a double IPA. taste is spicy and malty, rather sweet too. not especially hoppy for a double IPA. not my idea of an ideal DIPA, but enjoyable nonetheless.

Pours a classic light amber color. Highly carbonated with a thick, foamy off-white head with lots of lacing. Not a big aroma. Hints of hops and flowers, but pretty subdued. The flavor is not subdued. More bitter than sweet from the start, this is more complex than it first appears. It starts a little on the cloying side but quickly blooms from its fruitcake and black licorice into a seriously bitter experience. Great mouth feel and very dry finish. Very good IIPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Excellent brew. This is the go to craft beer I can buy at a reasonable price here. Big flavor, little to no bitterness and a smooth drink

Pours a deep golden hue. Medium head with lots of lacing. Aroma is sweet and floral with hints of malt, raisins and citrus notes. Taste is smooth and very well balanced. Just the right amount of hops, malts, citrus and hints of fruits abound on the palate. Truly one of the best "go-to" IPAs available.

My go to beer. When all else fails (or there in total crap in the aisles) this is my favorite. Great pour into a snifter with a nice off white head that very slowly sunk back leaving a nice lacing on the glass. The aroma is slight bready, piney, with hints of caramel. Taste is awesome...enough said! Very smooth (too smooth that makes you want to keep drinking and drinking until you canít see straight) nice malty backbone with the piney hopes creating a nice mix and leaving very little aftertaste. Overall one of my favorites!!!

I had this at Beertopia in mid March, and i must say that the balance of sweet and smoothness is perfect, i would never had guessed that it was a 9% beer with 90ibuís - aroma was floral and citrus, on the palet was like a rich fruit cake, all that was missing was the marzipan.

Part of a 6-pack IPA sampler. My last favorite so far, but not bad. Too clear for an IPA in my opinion. Nice texture, very citrusy, finishes with pine notes.
