Slightly cloudy with an orangey copper color. Beautiful thick head with some slippery lace. Aroma is predominantly floral hop with a touch of light pale malt. I cannot detect any apricot aromas. Very brief mellow malt on the initial sip, this quickly gives way to a bitter hop explosion. Where’s the apricot? Long lasting dry hop bitterness in the aftertaste. The body is thinner than most and is highly carbonated. This is a very good IPA but the promised fruit seems to be missing. Although I am rating this beer highly, it is not what I expected.

Draught. Light copper pour with a thick fizzy white head. Aroma of citrus and sugar. Sweet taste with citrus dominating along with faint nuts and caramel. Really sweet finish. Definitely a one and done due to the over sweet taste.

bottled, pours clear medium amber with heavy carbonation and thick white head, very light malt with strong hop presence in the nose with more citrus as it warms, full malt flavor with mildly hoppy in the middle with strong citrus in the end and lingering on the palate, VERY good, but I wouldn’t have guessed apricot if I didn’t already know

Out of 12oz bottle on May 4, 2009. Sweet, fruity warmness at the back/sides of the tongue. Don’t notice much hop character. It seems to be a perfect balance between hops and apricots... problem is, I think I’d prefer just a little more hops. Easy to drink, and perfect for a hot Texas spring afternoon watering the garden and the hops vine... Delish!

Pours clear amber, with a thin beige head, good lacing. Smells of caramel, apple, peach and grapefruit. Medium-thin, smooth crisp body. Lots of fruity malt flavors, apricot and sour apple, with some grapefruit and just a hint of pine. More sweet than tart, more tart than bitter, but the three compliment each other very pleasantly.

a deep amber coclor with tons of head. The apricot smell justpeeksout from the glass along with some malt. the taste is a sharp lemony hop. This beer fools you into thinking that a harsh bitterness is coming but that is mellowed out by the good apricot fruity finihs that leaves you wanting another sip
